Get location and we’ll organized. Staff are very attentive
Food quality not as good as pre-pandemic. Beef patty was dry and thin and the bread used (brunch menu) was very tough; would suggest other type of bread instead like what originally used in the past. Though it's claimed 'crispy potatoes' seemed way too crispy for our liking; very tough for the teeth and gums. There was a piece of substance stuck inside the jar of water, unpleasantly; should be checked before serving.
Sean was the most wonderful host. Every staff member at Earls was kind and accommodating. Service was prompt, we were always checked in on. Great value for their happy hour menu. Highly recommend this location! Thanks everyone.
everything was fine. nothing super outstanding, and nothing wrong
Plates were cold, made the entrée. At least the potato salad was hot.
Didn't complain right on. There's celebration. Didn't wanted to ruin the joy.
Ordered the sirloin steak at lunchtime. Even if it is medium well, it was a bit dry compared to other medium well steak I have eaten elsewhere.
Both the bigger burger and bacon/cheddar burger were excellent. The Toe-Fu Sushi was quite favourable - would rate the Earles' version slightly better than the Cactus Club version.
The fourth entry was the Chicken pasta. A good size portion but the noodles soaked up the sauce quite easily. We asked for more sauce!
we had the best waitress that night! i forgot her name but she was really sweet and took good care of us
Nice restaurant with excellent, personable servers and hosts. Food was very good, especially at Happy Hour prices. I wish I could remember our server's name (it was French or Hispanic) because he was excellent. We had some issues with gift cards, and he was helpful, patient, and quite kind.
Sarah H. our waitress was very pushy and persistent from the moment we sat down. Rushing us to order to getting us to pay, Sarah insisted on getting us moving with such pressure though out our stay though the restaurant was not super busy. Her overall attitude was not very pleasant and borderline. When we realized that we may have been overcharged by $26, Sarah appeared to be very irritated at us for wanting to double check. In which cause, we were overcharged by $26. Also when each of the individuals in my party paid on the iPads, she was aggressive grabbing and shoving the iPads in front of us. When I tipped, she hastily grabbed my iPad away from me to see how much I tipped. Bret, the manager helped reconcile these issues through complimentary drinks, food and store credit upon our next visit. Luna, though she was not our waitress offered exceptional service when Sarah was absent. Luna was polite, efficient and leaps and bounds far above our actual server. Also, in regards to pricing, a single shot bombay gin and tonic should not be $10.50.
We go to this Earls at least two times a month. The food and service is always great . Yesterday , Sunday evening , the service was exceptional. Our waiter exceeded our expectations and I wish I had gotten his name. He is kind, genuine with a great sense of humer. He was very attentive right down to whisking away our paper straw wrappings . Earls you need to hold onto this guy!!!
If it helps we were sitting against the wall close to the bathrooms and he recommended the gingerbread cake.
Was a great experience!
Everything was awesome
This was my first time here, so far ok. Brunch price can be a bit lower as happy hours, service was good. Will recommend
Hot wings were a bit salty but they were super nice about it and they gave us a better plate. Everything else was delicious
Great service with delicious food . We went towards the end of happy hour and it was very noisy but as those crowd left it was lovely like a regular restuarant.
Chris the manager was very nice and helped us out to buy a gift card, the serve was very attentive but I forgot her name.
We'll definitely go there again.
The music was too loud and it was difficult to hear conversation at my table of 3. PLEASE PLEASE put the music lower or completely off. Next time I will order on-line.
My husband and I enjoyed a family breakfast with our 3 kids. The service was excellent— but the server made a mistake and placed the wrong order for my breakfast (prawn omelette instead of the Benedict). My husband confirms, it was clear what I ordered— we both had eggs Benedict. So… my whole family got their meals while mine had to be remade. To be polite my husband waited, so he has a cold breakfast when mine arrived and my kids were half done when I got mine. Then the person bringing out my meal walked past my table with it in her hand to talk to another customer at a different nearby table, and then came back with it. It would have been nice if she just came directly with it since I was waiting.
Since it was the server’s error, some kind of discount would have been nice— rather than just an apology. The restaurant was not busy, so that wasn’t the issue.
the girl at the receipt is great. Very impressive with her service and how she connect with me.
Marlowe made our visit very memorable. Very friendly and attentive. Also enjoyed
Ben stopping by the table….a very fun day!!!!!!!!🎉
Food was terrible this visit. Poor presentation and soggy lettuce in Caesar salad. Service was excellent and the host was fantastic.
Hosts were amazing:) Tam took good care of me:) Food was top notch:) love earls<333
We went here with friends on their happy hour. We were impressed with the interior, so elegant but feels casual at the same time. The happy hour menu was really good, excellent choices of food and drinks. The server was friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!
Birthday for my son. As Aleays a big hit at Earls
The replaced Quinoa power bowl with the Mother Earth was good. I like both salads Earls easily make the best potato salad anywhere and the ribs and chicken cannot be beat.
Once again had a lovely lunch with friends at Earl's. Service was great - sat on the covered patio and heat was provided by overhead heaters and a propane heater. Food was delivered hot and was very tasty. Thanks, Earl's!
Felt safe, warm and comfortable in the covered, heated patio with lots of air circulation, and good Covid protocols. The food was really good, although we were forgotten after ordering dessert and had a very long wait (30 minutes?) until our waiter came over to ask how we'd liked it! Once it was known that we were still waiting, it came quickly though. The team approach to serving tables could be improved upon!
Really great services. Friendly waiters, hostesses. Food was delicious and delightful.
Under staffed and more expensive now. This is the trend all over so not surprised. The server we did have was super nice and did a great job!!
Ordered medium-well steak, it came out medium-rare. My friend had a few bites left of her meal before my order was brought out. Was offered a salad while I waited, which was a nice gesture, however, the lettuce was wilted and there wasn't enough dressing on the salad. Had to wait for a server to walk past to order more dressing, and then had to wait seven minutes for the extra dressing to come out. Wasn't asked if we wanted anything before happy hour ended. Had to flag a different server to order another drink. Had to flag a different server to ask for our meal. Nice ambience, poor service, poor food quality.
Took 20 minutes to get a drink in us so to slow 1st greet and slow drink production
Server was green and it showed
Sushi roll rice was mush
Cauliflower was over cooked
Prawn pasta very tasty
Due to the pandemic, we preferred the outdoor dining. It was a great outdoor seating, it is well covered with heating on. Totally liked the entire experience. Definitely visit with my family again.
Our server was very helpful and welcoming, and the food was very tasty. Soup was a bit cold but other than that top notch.
Even with reservations, table not readily prepared. Hostess had to disinfect table while we waited. Food presentation lacking both in detail and flavour. Hot potato salad not like before, lacking sufficient bacon bits and corn. Two kernels only, in whole serving. Cole slaw predominantly only green shredded cabbage. Whole Earth salad required more dressing, which was provided upon request. Sticky toffee pudding replaced by simple chocolate cake with choco-caramel syrup. Also, missing formed, lacey sugar bowl that ice cream used to be served in. Definitely, cut customer product for profit margin. Server was attentive and adequate, if that is sole reason for eating out fine dining. Sorry, felt let down this time out by kitchen team. No photos for critical comparison.
A party of 4 was celebrating the birthdays of 2 in the party. Our server provided what was requested, and ensured food served, on the patio, was hot - which it was. And, as an added surprise, a slice of Celebration Cake was provided at the end of our meals, on a wooden board, with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the board. Much apprecidated!
Service was great, sat outside during the rain but heaters kept us warm. Overall great food and great experience
Hostess was going to seat us indoors but I told her I made resos outdoors. She argued I booked indoors and I told her I called two times to change my reservation so probably they changed it. I looked around on the patio there were a bunch of tables empty. But she rather argue than seat me. I had to show her my reservation which said indoor and then she apologized. I don’t see why we just couldn’t be seated right away outdoor instead of arguing about the seating
Friendly staff, but food service was slow. Appetizer came late, in fact it was served at the same with the main course. Calamari was a bit over cooked.
Great location with easy access for shopping. Happy hour food and drink selection awesome! Will definitely go again!
