The music is set too high volume. It’s too hard to carry on a conversation It might explain why our server got our order mixed up/confused as he couldn’t hear us! it was quickly remedied but not good to have this happen!!

Everything was amazing. Our server Mandy was awesome and upbeat. The drinks were served quickly and also order taken. Food was tasty and great menu. Something for everyone. Was busy for Tuesday night. Definitely recommend!!!

We came back to have lunch again because the last time was so awesome! This time the food was just OK. My husband got the pulled chicken sandwich which didn’t seem like pulled chicken at all. It was just chunks of chicken and dry. It just wasn’t very good this time.

The food is very good, bit shareable appetizers are too small (i.e. calamari) to actually share. The mashed potatoes are quite bland, but the steaks are very good.

We had multiple tables. The manager was not happy and tried to “make it right” for us by combining us in to one big table that was unmanageable for his staff. Our kids ate 1.5 hours before us which was problematic to deal with.

We experienced excellent service from the moment we arrived. The host was very accommodating and was able to place our two separate reservations close together. Our server was attentive, polite, helpful and generally excellent. The food was great and we were very impressed.

Food was great, our server Yasmin was not very attentive, waited a while before she came to introduce herself and take drinks order. Watched my husband’s meal nearly get dropped off at the table behind us and I was sat waiting for mine when another server called Tom noticed and went to find out where it was. Have eaten here on multiple occasions and normally receive a better level of service.

Great experience, process for a main course are very high for the amount of food actually. $40 for a half ribs? And vine should be more in zinc with a prices $ 34 for a 2 x 8 oz glasses comparing with $50 bottle. Overall great experience we will be coming back as for last 20th years. I do hope that pricing get more sinc.

The food was good & so were the drinks. Our server was not very good. Rarely stopped at the table. Empty drink glasses sat without stopping by asking if we'd like another. After our last dinner plate was removed by another server, we sat for 25 minutes... I even had the drink menu open to a picture of one of the deserts we wanted to order. Finally when the server arrived, she said 'ready for your bill'. I just obliged, paid & left. I normally tip 30%. Our server got 5%. We definitely felt as though we were not trendy enough for our server. We did observe her spending a lot of time with Trendier tables and with bar staff.

Waiter was forgetful, took 45 mins to get drinks and the wine was poured all over the glass so it was dripping and very unprofessional. Daughters food came wrong and had to be re made. I had the test Cobb salad which was full of nothing but romaine hearts. We’ve been eating here for years and years, this was such a disappointing experience.

I was disappointed with the service of the host. I got to the restaurant at 11:55 for a 12pm reservation and no one was there. I waited while standing in view for over 5mins and then walked to the bar to ask someone to call the host. I just find that frustrating. At this point there were 6 people waiting for the host to show up.
