Service was a major issue: lack of training, customer attention and poor delivery. I’ve been going to Earls for years but their service level has drastically deteriorated - and it’s not just the lack of staff but attention and standards.

First off, I love coming to the test kitchen My friends were in town visiting with their kids so of course I suggested Earls bc they have a great menu for everyone. Food was great as always but the service was horrible! The server was all over the place, got orders wrong, had to be constantly asked for the same times bc he would forget and never return. It wasn’t even busy!!! He was at the bar chatting it up with the bartender the entire time. For the amount of mistakes on our order, drinks and BILL you’d think he would try to rectify it…Not even an apology. Shout out to the kitchen, the food was great 👍

They made up some 7oz wine at $12 each during happy hour that doesn't even exist on the menu... A 5 oz costs $5, a 9 oz costs $9, but a 7 oz, which we never even ordered, but got charged for, costs $12... And they couldn't figure out how to fix it on our bill.... Trying to scam people or what? Took about 20 minutes and 3 reprints later for them to not over charge us. Check your bill here! This seems to be common Earls practice as some similar thing happened to us at a different Earls.

Once again my friends and I really enjoyed our time at Earls. The whole Earl's team from the maitre d to our server were just exceptional. The maitre d team were warm and welcoming and accommodated a last minute request to shift from the dining area to the lounge. Hats off to them for working so quickly and efficiently to get us seated, with minimal wait time. And our server Kiara (apologies if I have misspelled her name) was just exceptional; she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well attended to. In fact It's NBA playoffs time and I love to use sports analogies: every team has role players and stars, without discounting the rest of the amazing staff at Earls, Kiara is an All Star. We really appreciate the effort she put in because it definitely helped to make our night. I can't wait to catch another movie and go to drinks at Earls afterwards. Thanks again for another great night out!

The piece of steak on my tortellini dish was a tiny, poor quality and looked like it was sliced with a butter knife. For the $28 price point I would have been more satisfied without the unsightly piece of steak…🤷🏼‍♂️👎

What a great vibe! And the food met that great standard. Very attentive server. Minimal time to get water, get drinks, get the meal, get dessert, get the bill… smooth experience. Prime sirloin was exactly as ordered and delicious with the peppercorn sauce. Busy place so reserve ahead.

Overall good place but my food was not good. My eggs benedict were too dry (not too much hollandaise sauce, the ham was too cooked (dry) and hard toast. The plate was cold. We orders 2 french fries to eat before the brunch with the beers we ordered and they came after the brunch and cold. :( We spent 274 dollars with my group, but was disappointing the food.

Another amazing evening at Earls with a friend! We had Abby as our server, someone who we've had before and she went out of her way to make sure we had another great night. I don't think it's possible to have a bad experience at Earls when you have a server like her; she was professional, enthusiastic and highly tentative. I very much think she deserves a promotion, pay rise or something to reward her for her consistently exceptional service, she is amazing at her job. Honestly, hats off to her and the rest of the Earls team. You have a continued fan and patron in me.
