The service was exceptional. Everyone that tended our table were very friendly - I don't remember their names, sorry; but my son and I had a 6:30p reservation on Sunday evening (under Bob Keegan, I believe). Kudos to all who served us, you were fantastic. I ordered the Test Kitchen Roast Beef sandwich, as is. I think I would have rated it higher had I ordered it with some of the many options. As it was, I think it could have used a bit more sauce. The beef was nicely sliced and bread nicely toasted. The french fries were good, as well. Maybe include some of the options as standard ingredients and create several versions on the menu? My son ordered Ahi Poke and thought it to be very good. Fish was fresh and the ingredients were a nice mix.

Each staff member we interacted with was attentive and exceptionally pleasant. The menu was easy to read through and there was a wide variety of food options to choose from. The food didn’t take too long to come out after we ordered and they were very warm well seasoned delicious and a decent portion size. We enjoyed everything about our dining experience and will come again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at earls!! Don’t know what the staff were doing but they all seemed busy running around doing nothing. My group of 8 was there for 2 hours and got served once for a drink and once for food, after we got our food there was no one attending to us for over 40 minutes when we eventually had to get up and ask for the bill so we could go elsewhere for drinks Won’t be returning any time soon

Service when you receive it is VERY good, but everything took too long. Arrived 10 mins before booking time, and had to wait 20 mins for table. Door Host very polite. It then took 25 minutes for someone to come and take drinks order, but they could not take food order! Another 20 mins before a third person arrived to take food order. Once ordered, food arrived fairly quickly and was VERY good. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The only issue is that they clearly do not have enough staff to offer a more efficient service

When we arrived, the host greeted with a smile, and was very nice. After we were seated, it took the waitress over 15 minutes before we were even asked for a drink when we indicated that we were ready to order she did finally take our order and asked me what I’d like anything to drink after I ordered a drink. Drinks were top notch. The food, however, was definitely a one star. My wife had to pulled chicken sandwich, which was not pulled chicken and I had the jumbo crabcakes, which had very little crab and more filler than anything else, but they did have a good flavor. This is my first visit to Earles test kitchen and will be my last. Service was somewhere between poor and mediocre. Service never checked back after we got on meal I had to ask for Pepper as none was offered. This dining out experience was a big disappointment. This restaurant would not be on my recommendations to any of my friends, family or visitors.

The restaurant was a recommendation by a friend, but when we arrived the waiter was called into a conversation with her supervisor and for 30 minutes we had to wait until we could order. Then the Pinot Gris ordered was no longer available (but lateron charged!), the other white wines were too warm, the sirloin steak was too cold, so were the fries. We cannot recommend going there... sorry.

I just wish this great restaurant was next door in upstate NY! We noticed it while walking around Vancouver and looked it up on Open Table. Everyone was so upbeat and professional...from the hostess, to the waitress, to the busboy and the servers. Love the interior design. The Fettuccini with Cajun Chicken is a must have dish. Moderate pricing and a good local Pale Ale was icing on the cake...well done Earl!

The chicken and ribs combo with the warm potato salad was amazing, the potatoes were soft and delicious, and both meats were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We have been travelling a lot this summer to places like Victoria and the Okanagan, and this meal was the best.

Assad was our server and did a remarkable job. The Cajun Salmon was the so tender, tasty and fluffy. The best I have ever had. The Cajun Chicken Alfredo has a delicious cheese sauce and chicken done to perfection. This is a wonderful restaurant and we are planning on going back before our vacation is over

Very prompt and friendly service. The chicken wings and truffle fries were very good as was the Yuzu calamari. The burger and steak were not as good as what we make at home. But we are good cooks and know how we like these dishes;)

I enjoyed my time here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food came quickly (we were heading to a movie) and I enjoyed the ambiance. The restaurant is beautiful. My only complaint is the small portion sizes and overall value for the food we were eating. It was quite expensive.
