Server was a bit absent. Helpful but wasn’t around much to check in.
The food was incredible once again! We had the Hunan Kung Pao and full rack of ribs with salads and was absolutely delicious. There is very little on the menu we wouldn’t order as anything we have ordered in the past has been “top drawer”.
The service was impressive, we are very excited to return.
Drove all the way from lloydminster for chili chicken and you guys removed it From your menu. We wanted a kids size meal and you brought us out a large plate full of food that half of went to waste and we had to pay almost 20$ for it. Was very upset. Kids meals should be 6-8$ max.
Service was great and the food was very good...Wine prices are steep compared to other restaurants of the same level (e.g. The Keg)
The service by Tulsa was fantastic, and the food delicious.
Our server was especially sweet, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Food service was fast and efficient and beer on tap was delicious. was a great afternoon!
The bread and the wine were a bit rough. Otherwise very good, as usual.
The server took a long time to get drinks and bring them back most of our visit. Also we noticed the cost of some items had gone up quite a bit, especially for appetizers - which is disappointing
Delicious eggs Benedict and our server was so pleasant and great!
Ouside patio option with heaters or inside lounge or dining room. Quick service, friendly service.
It felt safe, and wide open, and it was so good to get out and feel normal, within the safety parameters.
Thanks so much for the great review Janice! I love to hear you were able to have a sense of normality whilst dining out again. Look forward to hosting you again soon! _Colton Eastcott, Lunch Manager
The waitress was in a rush to pick up the trays and glasses, whatever we ordered kept running out. White peach sangria without peach as peach ran out. Mashed potatoes were substituted by small pieces. This was such a terrible way to waste 100$
We had Natasha and I have to say she knows her food and drinks. She was amazing and device was so good. Thank you.
Thanks so much for the great review! We love to hear that Natasha took great care of you, and look forward to hosting you again soon.
A little loud for a business meal but excellent for a night out with friends.
Always a good time in the lounge!
Very good service and atmosphere. Definitely would come back
The best filet mignon I’ve ever had. Barely needed the steak knife
Our server Riley was excellent , went above and beyond !
We always love Earl's. We are always impressed with the consistent quality no matter which restaurant we visit. Thanks, Earls Tin Palace for making my wife's birthday special!
The food and service were excellent. It was a little busy, so the hostess was helping our server which helped improve the overall service and experience. The food was excellent and their happy hour menu is a great value.
The food and drinks were good as usual! We reserved a table with their app which was easy to use. A representative called mid afternoon to confirm that we would be coming as planned. I had asked if we could requested preference to the lounge if possible. The noted o the reservation. We were seated right away and had a spot open for us in the lounge. The service was prompt and friendly.
Good food, great service, a little expensive.....
our server was awesome on saturday afternoon for happy hour!!
The waitress was great,Earls Really cheap out on food!!not worth my money
My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and everything was exceptional. The hostesses accommodated lounge seating for us even though we were booked for the dining room. We shared an appy and 2 entrees and the kitchen took care to separate everything onto two plates for us. The presentation was awesome and the food was hot and fresh (would recommend the lobster ravioli)! To top it off, the waitress was very nice and bubbly and made the experience that much better. We really enjoyed Earls as our first restaurant experience after months of closures. Would definitely recommend for a date night or an outing with friends.
We had a lovely dinner, it was our first time out for dinner in nearly 6 months due to COVID and the staff and setting made us feel very safe and still they managed to make the setting feel special and inviting. Thank you to our wonderful server, you spent a few minutes chatting with us every moment you could and made us feel very welcome and it added to the occasion. We are a same sex couple and we do not always receive a level of service that compares to nearby tables when we are out to celebrate special occasions. Thank you Earls Tin Palace, we’ve dined with you before on many occasions and we’ll certainly be back soon!
My husband and I have gone to Earls Tin Palace regularly for the last two years, it was our first date spot when we moved downtown together, and was our first time out in three months since Edmonton’s lockdown started. We love sitting in the atrium and were able to get a spot for Valentine’s Day. The environment is always lovely, and we were seated safely and with ample distance between other couples. Our server, Anna, was lovely, but a bit delayed in most of her service. We chose the set menu but waited over an hour before we got our appetizers. It looked like everyone around us was waiting a long time too. Both Anna and a manager apologized for the delay, and even discounted our meals, which we greatly appreciated.
I served for over five years at a couple different Earls locations in my early 20’s. I was surprised that the kitchen was so slow in preparing the food. I know that holidays like Valentine’s Day are huge for sales, especially since restaurants only recently became open for seating again, so I was quite surprised at the wait time. My husband and I will always love Earls as the food is so delicious and consistent, but the service is always a gamble.
Awesome experience! Service and food was great like always
Food, service were very good
However, we were very disappointed in the change in brunch cost.
We used to have brunch here at least once a month, on the weekends, as it was half priced entrees, if you ordered before 12, and Mimosas were only 5 dollars.
There is now little to no savings, and where are the scrumptious little pastries that they used to bring to your table, prior to serving your meal??
Now that prices have gone up, its likely we won't return for brunch
Had to ask for the sides to our steaks to be hot. They came out cold.
The hostess wanted to ensure we were done by 3:30pm (from an 11:30am reservation) because they had another reservation. The place was 75% empty.
The atmosphere at Earl's Tin Palace is calm & soothing. The service was punctual and friendly. The food was quickly prepared and delicious. All of these elements are what bring me back for more.
Great service, good food, relaxing atmosphere. This particular Earl's is my go to for a casual brunch/dinner/drinks.
It was great food
This is my favorite Earls location in Edmonton. The ambiance here always makes me feel comfortable yet classy. We enjoyed some lovely cocktails and both had a tasty meal. The only issue we found was that our server had just disappeared at the end of our meal. We had planned to share a dessert but by the time our server came back around, we had changed our minds. Shame really, would have been a bigger bill and therefore a bigger tip for her!
If you haven't yet, come in for brunch. Best value in the city.
Great Dinning Experience, always the Best Food!
Will be there AGAIN
Really like the app for the menu & keeping track of the bill. Fantastic service!
Great food, virus precautions well managed, great service.
