Earl’s is always great. Love the location, the food and the ambiance. However, for some reason, it’s always very difficult to get the check. It’s like they don’t want us to pay. Sweet that they’re so sad to see us leave but I don’t like having to ask multiple times to pay a bill. Otherwise, everything is great!

I took my wife and children here for Mother’s Day brunch. The waiter was attentive, ambiance was great. Only complaint was that the waiter forgot to give my wife a rose that all the waiters and waitresses were giving every mother before they left the restaurant. I did inquire into it with the manager and they offered to get a rose for my wife, however I declined the offer. If you have to ask for it, it’s not the same. Not sure if I would go back. The-food was okay, but not enough that I would return.

The server clearly favored tables, which didn’t include ours. She got our drinks wrong multiple times and rather than owning her mistake, she attempted to justify it multiple times. The steaks we ordered were not to the quality expected at that price, although the flavor was good. Lastly, it was so loud in there that we could not have a conversation without shouting at each other.

Food was over priced. I had a six ounce sirloin steak that was tough, tiny and cost $36. I ordered a side of string beans and they came with stems still attached! To pay the bill I had to fill out so much personal information that it took me about 10 minutes to achieve this. Why do I have to share my address, email, etc. to pay with a credit card. Seriously? Totally unacceptable.

I had a blast at Earl's on Easter Sunday. This was our first time visiting the Tyson's Corner location and it was worth the trip! Our waitress, Katherine aka "Kat" was amazing! She was so friendly and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions, to include a drink called the Marilyn Monroe! Absolutely delicious. She made us feel really welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and her company. We will be going back again very soon!

The little cute Asian waitress was bubbly and nice at first. She became pushy and clearly wanted us to leave after we sat for awhile chatting during the meal. She stated "I'll bring the check" before we had a chance to order dessert. She was clearly miffed when we ordered coffee and chocolate pudding cake. She then came back before we were done to take it away, again miffed that we were staying longer. Then she dropped the check without us asking, never having offered more coffee. So I got the attention of the woman manger with the nose ring and asked for more coffee. "I'll bring it to you," she said, and never did. I would suggest that every employee of the Tysons Corner Earl's read How To Win Customers And Keep Them For Life before returning to work again. I'm going to personally stop in to complain in detail, as a good customer should. Bad customers simply never return and tell all of their friends about it.

I work in one of the office buildings near Earl's and I bring new hires here all the time The food is great; service is wonderful and we always have a great time. My lunch companion yesterday tried their PB&J drink and absolutely loved it! Definitely give Earl's a try if you're in the area.

I just love the food at Earl's -- it's always changing, but always innovative and delicious. I love the tofu sushi and the chicken street tacos. This time, my party enjoyed watermelon mimosas. It was great. Service was excellent and it wasn't too loud.

The food and atmosphere was wonderful! This restaurant was wonderful in helping me celebrate my birthday. The only complain would be the service. Our waiter was inattentive and lackadaisical. He did not make us feel welcome. Where our waiter lacked, Katherine shined. She was wonderfully attentive.

Made a reservation for my husbands birthday. Noted that it was his birthday. Manager even came over and said that she saw him opening gifts, we ordered dessert but his birthday was completely ignored All entrees arrived except my husbands steak. After ten minutes I asked the manager where his steak was. She disappeared for another ten minutes. Server came back to take a drink order from my husband but didn’t acknowledge that we were halfway through eating and he had no entree. The he lied and said that the kitchen overcooked it. He ordered Pittsburgh style. Manager dropped steak and left. It was not properly cooked. He didn’t eat it. They took it off the check and offered something else. At that point he didn’t want anything. There was a table next to us that started at three very loud people and grew to about ten people. It wasn’t like we were eating in a pricey restaurant, but more like a bar. It was so loud and made our conversation very difficult to hear. I asked for the check and gave the server my credit card. The bill was almost $500. the server came to me with an iPad and said, “i need you to take care of this for me first”. It was requesting a tip. He kneeled down next to me and waited for me to put in a tip. This is incredibly unprofessional, and quite frankly, rude. For over $500 I expected a lot better. The appetizers were good, but the steaks were mediocre. Our special occasion was pretty much ruined. I wouldn’t go back:

Sammy (server) and Danielle (bartender) were amamzing !!!!! I love them so very much and the customer service was beyond elevated !!!! I will be coming back, even though you guys changed the menu ( please put the lobster tostadas back or make a lobster guacamole with the same flavor profile please) there than that it was awesome !!!

Varied experience -- receptionist not friendly, but did her job -- waitress was excellent (best in a long time (Great American training)) -- drinks (Bloody Mary) were nothing special -- food was marginal (ham cheese omelet better than shrimp and lobster benedict). May give it a second try for other than brunch, but there are better options for quality and value.

We came in and got seated very quickly. The waitress was very nice and made sure that we were always OK. The highlight of our experience had to be the oysters. They were AMAZING.

Service was awesome. We were surprised at how polite and respectful the staff was. Usually with reservations at other places we feel rushed and forced to hurry up however we felt we had enough time to catch up with friends and enjoy ourselves !
