There were pluses and minuses... Plus: Upon check-in, the hostess noted that my reservation said that we needed to leave in an hour to attend our movie. Plus: The waitress also mentioned our timing. Minus: Hot air from the ceiling was blowing right on me at the table. Minus: Still water was ordered; sparkling water delivered. Minus: Waitress originally said there were two crab cakes but later corrected herself and said there were only one. Plus: Manager apologized for the water mixup. (We didn't even call the manager!) Minus: Scott asked for Coke Zero; waitress offered Diet Coke; waitress brought Coke Zero with an apology. Plus: 30 minutes after ordering, waitress came and told us our order would be out in just a minute. Minus: 10 minutes later, our order came out, 5 minutes before we expected to leave. Minus: We ate quickly but could only finish 1/2 our pizzas before we had to box them up and leave. Plus: The pizzas were good. The crab cake was bland but the sauce rescued it. Overall: At these prices, I do not expect this number of problems with service. Get your act together, Earls! There are a lot of places where I could spend this kind of money and wouldn't have stupid problems like these!

My friend and I had a great experience at Earls Vaughan. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ana was a very attentive and pleasant waitress. Mike, the manager, was friendly and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the food and service. We will definitely go back again!

Food was very good and the service was a 10 / 10. Ryan was excellent in his communication and friendly helpful manner. All of us were over 60 and found the ambience a bit louder than we expected so conversation among our group was a bit strained. Overall an enjoyable evening out with friends

Earl’s is in a central location for meeting friends from east and west of Toronto so we would like to go there often. The food and service is good but the noise level is so high it’s hard to have a conversation. Despite having empty tables, we were seated next to a party of 16, I guess so the server wouldn’t have to walk too far. We asked to move and were given the option of sitting on the other side of the big noisy party. I had made a reservation about 3 weeks prior so was hoping for a better table.

The staff doesn’t seem to care anymore, they don’t even immediately acknowledge you while you wait for them to stop their conversation. We had to wait for 10 mins to get water and another 10 for someone to ask if we wanted to order drinks. My family likes their food so until they insist, not likely to go their again. Have been a regular their for many years but can notice the steady decline in customer service.

Server was boring, didn’t offer happy hour menu and it was after 9, didn’t offer dessert menu either we had to ask for it. Food lacked salt and had no flavor. Dessert lacked sweetness was quite bland. I’ve had better experiences at earls this one lacked majorly.

Put in a reservation for 10 people then had to call to make changes multiple times to increase the number and each time the people at Earl's was able to help with the change. The waitress did a great job and they set us up in a little area that allowed us to talk and enjoy ourselves. The food was good and a great selection of vegetarian and non vegetarian. Would come back again. thanks

I know a lot of people like a lively atmosphere but it is extremely loud in there. Between the constant sound of voices mixed with kitchen noise you can barely hear your self think let alone the conversation you're trying to have with your table mate. The server was excellent as well as the food.

Absolutely shocking for all 4 members of our party the food was disgusting and not as described on the menu. My salad consisted of mainly lettuce. I asked for the toppings snd they brought some in little bowls that you put ketchup in. The other lady sent her salad back and ordered a pizza. It was thin bread with very little cheese. The noise level was ridiculously louder We hated the entire evening and we are people who dine out 3x a week I’ve never complained before but this meal was disgusting.

Food and service was amazing, but it was tooooooooooooooo loud in there. Someone must've really liked that one Sean Paul song, cuz they cranked the volume during that and it stayed way too loud. Thankfully we were just about to leave but holy decibels batman.

Server was in training , which is fine but had to get guidance several times about several things. They need to get to a level of knowledge prior to sending out alone. Steak was worst cut of meat I have had in years. I didn’t want to add to his anxiety so kept quiet about it. $225 for 2 adults and 2 kids with no alcohol is crazy. Won’t be going out for a while again.

The welcome was mediocre. No greeting, just told to stand to the side and would be seated shortly. Server was slow to get to our table. Food was GREAT. The restaurant was terribly noisy so it was difficult to hear across the table. Server took FOREVER to bring the bill, so I had to go find her. It should be standard procedure that once coffee is ordered, bring the bill! Would not recommend.

I can’t say enough about the service. As soon as we were done eating or drinking our servers cleared the empties. Food was good too but I think when you get service like that the food always tastes better

I have been going to Earl’s for several years now and lately I have noticed a deterioration across the board: very noisy, service got slower as the time went on (understaffed?) and this time my meal was below average. So sad. I will return once more and decide on whether or not to return again.
