This is my second visit in 9 days and again we were disappointed. The salmon arrived raw and had to reordered. It finally arrived after the other 4 guest were finished dinner. Service was super slow coming out of the kitchen and again the Sante Fe salad was wilted and sitting for too long before we received it. We have been regulars since this location opened, but unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon. Three guests left the table. I understand a few items were on the house, however it's not about the cost, it's about the experience and unfortunately it was another bad one. We were in to celebrate a milestone birthday. I hope this location gets back on track .

Thank you Earl's for accommodating our seating request. One thing I should have requested though was to be seated in the dining area. The booth was great however the noise level was much higher by 9:30 in the bar area and it made it difficult for us to chat. Everyone loved their meals. I was dissapointed though about the sandwich I had as it no longer had actual avocado slices, but rather a little smattering of avocado mash. The sandwich was tasty but not what I was expecting. The appetizer & dessert that we shared was delicious! Our server was wonderful. Friendly & attentive. Earl's has a great atmosphere overall but definitely need dining room seating next time.

Been a while since I went to Earls but aside from how packed it was and the less than great air circulation in their sun room/enclosed patio (on the right side of the bar), the food was very tasty! We had a lot to try - tofu lettuce wraps, truffle fries, spinach & artichoke dip, and others had the cajun chicken burger and crab cakes. For dessert, sticky toffee pudding. The tofu lettuce wraps were very flavourful and probably my favourite. Make sure to use the limes! Then the spinach dip was probably second best - it came with a lot of toasted ciabatta bread so be warned lol! The folks I went with also really enjoyed the crab cakes and the cajun burger! Surprisingly, all flavourful food for a spot known to be a franchise! Enjoy

Everything was Great accept they forgot my birthday. I mention when checking in that we were celebrating a birthday and against the hostess seating us. Our server did nothing which was very disappointing a big let down.

Earls is my favourite restaurant. The food is always good and the staff are always friendly. The server we had was very nice and ensured we were okay the entire night. Been here a couple times and have never been disappointed.

The bacon cheddar cheeseburger was really salty. My friend wanted a coffee and his coffee was lukewarm. He really wanted something hot and you have no dessert coffees on your menu. It was surprising that my burger/fries didn't come with ketchup on the side.

Our server was amazing and didn’t rush us. She explained some of the menu options and she gave us details on some of the choices we made. The atmosphere was great. Waitress was nice. Everything was good up until the end of the evening, when a good chunk of the people left, and the manager came up to our table and said she was getting complaints from the other tables that we were being to loud. Odd.. no one was barely in there, so we left shortly after. However, she didn't say anything about the couple in the other booth kissing their faces off all night. Now that's disturbing, rude, and gross in public.
