   Overall was ok but the kitchen was quite slow getting the food out. Even the server acknowledged . This is my second visit to this same Earls in a 4 week period with only average level of performance. Lots of other places to try in Victoria. I find the Vancouver location food quality better.

   Another great meal and night out at Earls. While it’s always a priority to try new restaurants when travelling, it’s also nice to see an Earls and know that regardless of location you can come to expect the same great service, quality and overall dining experience at each of their restaurants. Victoria offered a good variety of meal options, amazing cocktails (per usual at any Earls), and a very upbeat and energetic atmosphere. We made reservations quite late into the day for the same evening and they were able to fit us in. Service was quick and multiple staff checked in on us and cleared dishes quickly throughout the meal. We would return easily to this location.

   Great experience. Service was wonderful. Both Emma and Haley were warm, friendly, exceptional. Food was very good. Love that you have Nectarous by Four Winds on tap. One of the best beers ever. We will be back. Your host, gent, can’t recall his name - also was amazing!

    We attended Earls for work lunch and it took an hour for our lunch to arrive! We ate quickly and were not able to get our bills in a timely manner. The server did not return and then a different server came to bring our food out - again - after we had already eaten. We were late for work meetings. There was a lot of chaos at Earls as apparently the computer systems went down and our server never followed up with us after we were served lunch. Someone else brought our bills. It was disappointing. The food was great, we loved the new options of chef selections, however my friend orderd a guacamole corn dip and she never received it. We have attended Earls many time for work lunches and never had to wait so long. Clearly lots of confusion as we received our meals twice, which we sent back as we had already eaten. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

    Not impressed at all! Large group of us (10) so can understand a service delay but this was painful! 45 day aged ribeye was cooked okay but very chewy like a sirloin, not worth $58. Better burger was terrible. Fries were fresh and tasty. Sushi was awful, dry, lacking flavor. Margarita pizza was done well. Value for dinner was waaayyy over priced! I don’t mind paying $300+ for my family (4) to have a nice dinner and celebrate a birthday but this didn’t add up to that value. Not even close!

    Forgot our order so we waited 1.5 hours before being served. Cold fries. Runny Alfredo so they had to make it again. Earl’s covered the whole order but wasted our afternoon.

    Granted it was Mother’s Day so I understand the busyness. Our server was fine; not outstanding but generally okay. My low ratings have to do with quality of food (not the best) and how, what I considered expensive for lunch(with 18% tip included) the bill was $90! I had the crab cakes(couldn’t taste the crab as there was a lot of filler) to a really lame side salad! My guest had potato salad which the server had indicated was the best when it wasn’t. My guest hoped it would be refreshing when in fact it was warm with big chunks of potato and not much else. Given all of that I wouldn’t be recommending it to any of my friends.

    One of mine and my husband's favorite resturaunts. We have been going to this location for 10 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Always amazing food, drinks, service and the ambience is great. You can dress up or dress down. Either works. I don't understand how they consistently pump out delicious food. Never had a bad plate. Shout out to the amazing chefs and kitchen Staff. You guys rock!

    Hi there….we really love Earls and I go quite regularly with a friend for happy hour. I always have one of the pizzas, usually the Tropic thunder or margarita, which I will add chorizo, pineapple, mushrooms and ask for extra basil. My only comment is how few pieces of these add ons there are on the pizzas, especially when I am paying for the extra toppings. Last night there probably a good half of the pizza that had literally no chorizo on it at all and when there was some on a piece there was only one piece of it; and one Basil leave per slice (not a margarita in my mind). I have actually brought my own basil from home on two occasions, anticipating the lack of basil. I would be curious to know if whether at happy hour time, because of the slight discount in price, there are generally fewer toppings on than a full price pizza. This has been my only consistent complaint in the last couple of months. It may pay to order a full price pizza, but then again I’m not sure how much there would be of an “add-on” topping.     very nice servers, good food but they brought my dining partner's order 15 minutes before mine. Think they forgot it. We had to wait quite a while to get the bill and then we were accidently double charged for one of the dishes. Again, very nice staff but I think when things like this happen, there should be an item or items not charged for.

    A favourite spot to go for brunch after a Sunday run event. Food, service and value excellent. The only issue was the noise level and DJ. We enjoy listening to music but it was way to loud for a Sunday brunch time. We couldn’t hear each other and felt as though we were yelling to talk to each.

    2 grandparents and 3 grandchildren - server was great in communicating w/all of us. menu is varied which worked well for the diverse eating habits. Each of us enjoyed our meal. The room is quite loud -- making it difficult to hear each other. The one negative.

    Changed their menu, and some of the recipes up. I prefer the old and that’s what we went for. Dinner was just okay, drinks were gross and sent it back. Service was lacking and the environment was pretty loud considering they were not busy. Too bad! Used to be the best!

    One of the best places in victoria for celebrations and birthdays. Always willing to go above and beyond in terms of service and making people feel special in special occasions. Staff is excellent in terms of customer service and product knowledge. Will surely come back for the food and staff. Best reservation system in victoria for birthdays and other celebrations.

    Great place to eat. The crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had. Had the curry there one other night and it was super also. Take a pass on the crème brûlée it was from a box. Had much better. Overall I really liked the place

    Came out to Earls with my mom and my cousin who was visiting from Vancouver and we had a great time. Our server was soooo sweet. He had a great attitude, was so funny and energetic. Food was so awesome too. Will be back again

    Service and food were very good. The only issue was that the wall next to the table was quite dirty with splashes of what we assumed was food. We sat at a table by the window into the kitchen. I strongly recommend a thorough cleaning of the entire wall beside those tables under the window.
