AC wasn’t working and it was so hot and we were not warned beforehand. We ordered a cheese pizza. It came with just ham and no cheese even though we didn’t order ham. Servings were very small food was below average. I ordered a tuna poke bowl. I got six small pieces of tuna for $25. it wasn’t very good. It was an absolute rip off, and I will not go back to Earls again. Only positive was the server was a polite young man.

THERE IS MORE TO THIS REVIEW, PLEASE READ IT ALL. If there would be a negative star rating for food, I would have given that. I have been to Earls for a thousand times that too at different locations, but WEM location always disappoints. The salad was plain with no dressing and felt like there was not even salt. Our pizza came burnt, the cheese was burnt as well on the top of that, the server said this is how a pizza is. Come on, I have had Margarita Pizza for like hundred times because I love it, so, “this is “not” how a pizza is.” The good thing is that they didn’t let us pay for the pizza, which was good. Overall, the staff at this location is always rude and unimpressive. I don’t recommend this location only, other locations are great, especially Calgary Trail location; people are great there. REDEMPTION EXPERIENCE: I am writing again because the restaurant got back to me and offered a redemption for the previous experience. I must say that the second time, it was great; the food was nice and both available managers were also very nice. I also want to thank Ali for reaching out, and making an effort to rectify the situation. Thank you for a nice experience!

My daughter and I stopped in here for some appetizers and drinks after shopping for her birthday. It was really nice to be able to relax and be catered to for a bit. Luis at the front and Maria, who was our server did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was really great. I always love the spinach dip and this time definitely did not disappoint! Conor made sure we were taken care of and Will behind the bar mixed ''em up just right! Thanks everyone for another really great experience. We will be back!

Our evening started with warm greeting from the host and eventually our server. Our server forgot to order bring my daughters beverage. The food- angry chicken was good- not worth the money. The description and name depicts spicy- it was anything but spicy. The dynamite roll was tasty- only one dipping plate for soy sauce was given- we clearly noted we were sharing. My daughter’s friends pizza was so burnt- she ate it anyways- as we were going to a movie. Overall- the food was disappointing. Service given it was Friday- a bit slow- our food eventually arrived.

My daughter and her friend went here after a bit of shopping and were looking for some place with great food and where they could continue their girls day out. I love that they were catered to and treated fantastic. Luis at the front sat them promptly and was so friendly and Keagan took great care of them. Everything seems so well organized here and their staff are trained to give excellent service. Food was fantastic and the girls left happy. Thank you all for the great experience!

The waitress did a great job. She was friendly and efficient. Food was tasty however edges of one of the pizzas were quite burnt. Tables in dining section a bit too crammed together. Overall Earls is a consistently good place to go.

We arrived at 10:57 and were rudely told to come back in 4 minutes after the restaurant was open. I absolutely understand if they were not ready to seat us, but I was surprised that we were not politely asked to wait. The ovens weren’t working and we were informed that brunch is only for weekends. This should be clearly indicated on the website.

I arrived for my 6 PM reservation at 5:52 PM but was told I couldn’t be sat until my reservation time. I came back at 6 PM and no one else was waiting, wasn’t sat until 605 PM. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and was frustrated that I wasn’t seated at 5:52 or even right at 6 PM. The row I was sat at was completely empty except beside me was a family with 2 loud younger children. I moved up 3 tables away from the noise. Why would you seat a party of 1 right beside a loud family when the entire row (both sides) was empty. I received my 1st drink and shortly after my meal. 5 mins after I started eating my meal my drink was empty. I waited for over 15 minutes for my waiter. He was previously was helping other tables but then disappeared. I waited another 5 minutes for him but couldn’t wait any longer. I got up and found a floor supervisor to order my 2nd drink. 5 minutes later my waiter came and I told him ordered another drink. He didn’t say anything or even ask me how my meal was or if I needed anything else. I watched the bartender make it and it sat there for 10+ minutes. EVENTUALLY the floor supervisor brought me my 2nd drink. I didn’t see my waiter for 15 minutes he eventually surfaced but helped 3 other large tables taking food orders. Eventually I stopped him as he was going by me, asking to pay. He said he just needed to run to the kitchen and will be right back. I waited for another 10 MINUTES. I couldn’t wait any longer, I went to the washroom to give him more time to return. After, I still couldn’t find him so I went to the bar and asked the manager to pay. She found my bill and I paid full price, and did not tip. Just unreal. I was out to treat myself. I would have had at least 2 more drinks AND dessert to go. I tip based on service and I tip generously and accordingly. He could have had a $100 bill with a generous tip. I NEVER eat out and I wanted to have a nice time, spend, enjoy. Ruined my experience. Constantly looking around…

We had initially booked a table of 4 (4 adults and 2 toddlers) which we did not know we had to include in the size if the table based on past experience with Earls (toddlers dont count as a seat as highchairs go on the side of the table). Anyway, Earls did not accomodate this and we were asked to wait for a table of 6 to become available, so we waited for 30 minutes to be seated. When we entered, it didn't seem that the restaurant was at full capacity as many tables that can accomodate us were empty. We placed our order and waited for more than 30 minutes, which again, felt like too long given that the restaurant wasn't very busy or at capacity. We had ordered 2 sets of truffle fries for our toddlers, which are normally not spicy at all. The orders turned out to be very spicy and you can see the amount of black pepper covering each fry. So we needed ro replace the order and wait for another 10-15 mins for the fries. The rest of the food we ordered was good however the side fries to our burgers were a little cold but we were tired of changing the order and waiting more time. We were celebrating Fathers day and we were honestly very disappointed with the waiting time to be seated and not being accommodated with our toddlers right away (waiting for 30 mins with toddlers is a nightmare). And the wait time to get our food on the table made it even worse. We like Earls but this location did disappoint us especially that it was an evening to celebrate!

This was my second time coming to this location, the first time was 6 years ago and we had the absolute worst service, but I was hopeful for this time though. My girlfriend and I were there for our mothers day trip and we had the most amazing time there! Our server Mathew was amazing and we also had 3 other people checking on us throughout the time we were there. Great great service and great food! I had the vegan kale and mushroom pizza and it was SO GOOD!!! Thank you so much to everyone there, those we couldn't see either, great place to be on a Friday night for sure!
