   We had a fantastic experience dining here as a large group of 12, including six very energetic young kids. Isabelle, our server from a small town in the UK, was an absolute gem—her patience, warmth, and genuine kindness made the evening so enjoyable and memorable. She even checked in on my little son, who was being stubborn and didn’t want to eat, with such care and gentleness. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Kevin and his wonderful twins on Red Chair last month and as lovely as they were, Isabelle might just have them tied in sweetness. Only one tiny suggestion: the warm pecan pie was delicious, but it was practically begging for a scoop of ice cream—don’t leave it hanging next time! And someone please give Isabelle a raise—if not cash, at least unlimited dessert! Thank you for hosting us!

   Matilda made us feel special coming to Earls. She made sure my peanut and nut allergy was listed on our order. She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I loved my ham and cheese omelette. We will definitely come back.

   There are a few items on menu that are average at best. The sushi is disappointing and the sirloin steaks are very chewy which isn’t unusual for sirloin. Upgrade to the strip loin or tenderloin if you want a decent cut. Ribs are good as are crabcakes, wings and chicken fingers.
