   We got our lukewarm appetizer the same time as our lukewarm food. The service was very slow considering the restaurant was not busy at the time.

   Overall it was okay. The management made up for slow service, long wait, missed deatils on orders, and uncomfortable seating. We had a party of six and by the time we got what we ordered it was about an hour and 15 minutes after we were seated. Also it didn't look that busy at all for a Saturday night not sure if this is an ongoing thing at this location but management did make it up to me fairly. food is definitely good when cooked they way you request it.

   We were celebrating my sons Graduation. Food was delicious but took a very long time. The table bedside is arrived after us and had their drinks and food well before us. Our server was terrible. Perhaps she was having a bad day but very slow. We waited for refills for way too long. After the meal she very slowly cleared out table and never finished clearing it. We finally asked a different server if we could get our bill as we were simply there waiting for her so I could pay. We were a table of 10. The bill was $395 and I gave a $75 tip for what?!? I believe it gets dispersed between the chefs etc but none of us were impressed.

   Ava was our server & we all were amazed it was her first day working @ Earl’s. Ava was attentive, engaging, efficient & knowledgeable about the menu. We all enjoyed our food. Caesar Salad with grilled Chicken. Dynamite Rolls & a Poke Bowl. The Creme Brûlée was so yummy!

   We went for a Mother's Day dinner with the family. Food was good, but quite expensive - didn't feel we got the value for what we were charged. When a chicken dish is $30, it better be amazing. It was good, but again, didn't feel the value was actually there.

    Steak was cold and rice was cold as well, missed hoorse radish I asked for twice for oysters, husband's steak was also cold and fatty, didn't look like a sirloin, was really thick and just not the usual standard. Great and friendly staff tho

    Everything was great! Our waitress Liz was amazing. The white chocolate crème brûlée was one of the best I have had. Will go back again for sure.

    From the welcoming reception at the front door through to the service and the food, it was an exceptional experience. During the course of our meal we had the opportunity to oberve the manager on the floor interact with her team and we were so impressed. She is a great leader. They clearly enjoy their work.     Food took over 30 minites to arrive, our appetizers never even made it to our table. Manager offered to compensate for drinks which was nice and appreciated. There was barely any fries on the plate with the burger. Poor value for the money charged. Patio chairs had dirt on them.

    unfortunately the proximity to a very busy street meant listening to some noisy vehicles racing by. Not a fault of Earls!! thanks It was a lovely way to spend our beautiful sunny weather out on a patio!

    Wish we took advantage of the patio. Came in with a very large party and they were accommodating. Not the best spot for large parties with kids and elderly people. Food was good but service was very slow at 2 in the afternoon. I’d go back again, I think it might have just been an off day.

    Our waitress was absolutely incredible, the hostess staff was also friendly and very accommodating. It was our 20th anniversary and we ordered the seafood platter and an appy. Half way through our appetizer a young man approached the table and said the kitchen was out of lobster, we asked if they could add more shrimp to the platter to substitute. The food runner/bus boy? Told us he would ask the kitchen…he then came back to the table after we had now long finished our appetizer to now tell us that the kitchen was out of shrimp and couldn’t make the seafood platter for us. This is not something we would normally order, being our anniversary we decided to splurge a little so nonetheless we were very disappointed. So he grabbed us menus and we were to choose something else from the menu. It was getting late and we chose something else but were now left waiting for the kitchen to prepare our orders, there was no rush put on the preparation. Our waitress came to the table after we reordered from the gentleman, and she was so apologetic and we could tell she felt really bad. My husband and I obviously didn’t give her a hard time as, the kitchen is beyond her control. We ended up enjoying what we ordered and our waitress gave us dessert on the house for our anniversary but both of us were very disappointed in the whole seafood platter situation. I have worked in restaurants and I know how the kitchen can tend to run out of items. However, in my opinion when an item is heavily featured on your menu (inside the front cover) presented by the server once your seated and advertised everywhere then the kitchen should be prepared to fulfill every order that day.

    My brother ordered a filet minion steak not a filet and more of a sirloin steak and had some fat and grizzle. No cutlery even as food arrived his Caesar drink was just so-so. Then salad was on his plate. He used what he thought was dressing but it was hot horseradish. Not very happy or impressed. Was over a 105 plus tip for not the steak he ordered and a half so-so meal.     Good food and drinks. Service was good to begin with but could have been better as the meal went on. Our server was attentive and polite - and prompt. Food was good though one of the orders came out much later than the others - as said, service could have been better. Will likely return.

    When I booked on OpenTable it asked if any occasion I put Birthday The hostess asked if we were there for an occasion & I told her my husband 75th Birthday. The waiter didn’t mention anything , nothing was done. Very disappointed ! Lots of choices of restaurants to go to and I guess we picked the wrong one
