Our waitress was great, the manager came and attended to us as well. Our party was interrupted by some older gentleman trying to impress us, she was very attentive to make sure we weren’t uncomfortable. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant amazingly comped us a bottle of wine. We had a great time.

We had a delicious dinner with friends on the patio. The lighting was lovely and came from within the heat lamp umbrellas as well as the strings of Edison lights along the perimeter of the patio. I was a bit chilly before the lamps turned on so our server brought us some cozy blankets. It was such a lovely, cozy experience. Food was delicious as per usual.

A rare night out at Earl's that was disappointing. Took ages to get served, many items were unavailable including all pizzas and several desserts. Waitress brought the wrong wine to the table. At least three different times servers came up to our table with food that was not ours. The whole thing was frankly a gong show. Been going to earls' for years. This was notably really bad.

I didn't get good seating even though i booked ahead. Food portions were definitely smaller. They were short staffed so getting our food took a while. My prime sirloin was burnt. I come here often and chose earl's for a birthday dinner but I was disappointed.

I TOLD SERVER ......MY CHOWDER LAST TIME WAS COLD ...THIS TIME NOT HOT ...IT IS WHY I GO TO EARLS /.FOR THE CHOWDER ......HAVE FOREVER ...... We were a large party of 8 and were seated on lounge side in an alcove that had a light burnt out making it difficult to read the menus. Plus noise level on a Friday on lounge side was loud. I’m not sure I’d bring my book club back to Earls after this experience. I’d give Earls a poor review as a result.

Since having made reservations we fully expected to be seated in the dinning area of Willowpark Calgary’s Earl Kitchen + Bar however, to our disappointment we were seated in the bar section. The ambiance wasn’t there and the six of us decided having bar food instead of a full steak dinner. Unfortunately service and food was average. We don’t think going back is an option. We ordered a seafood tower and there were no sauces provided for the shrimp, lobster, or oysters. We had to ask for some type of sauce our waitress did her best but we were not impressed for the price to not have that, when at any other high end restaurant we have been at provided multiple options

The Ceasar salad was soaked with dressing to the point that there was no taste left in the lettuce. The croutons were hardly there and there was no bacon bits or cheese. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The rest of my party had similarly bad experiences. It was a tab in excess of $200 and not worth the money. It was a noisy and disappointing experience. I will never go back.

We had a lovely evening on the Earl's Patio at Willow Park. My husband ate a Caesar side and a bowl of chowder. I had yam fries and the chicken wings which are on special on Wed. evenings. We both had a lovely beverage. The wait staff was pleasant and professional, and the food came out very quickly. They have a new system using a tablet of sorts, so the order goes straight to the kitchen from your table. Lovely time.

Yikes! I ordered a salad and a mojito. $53 ….they charged an extra $7 for a full chicken instead of 1/2. Wasn’t told of cost upgrade. And honestly, the chicken is flattened and definitely not a full chicken breast. Won’t be eating a salad there again. What a rip off! Earls used to be so good. But when Covid hit, they changed their menu, and now it sucks. Only went because I had a gift card to use. There are definitely way better restaurants out there.

If you have several assistant managers on staff on Friday. 1. Divide and conquer. Divi up responsibility on server app’s and drinks 2.delivering meals. 3. My wife and I were there at 630pm and our waitress was over whelmed the entire place looks disorganized, it was a theme and discussion between all tables. 4. You take your patrons for granted. 5. We waited 45 mins for our drinks, almost an hour for our food. Not impressed.

It may have been the direct and very hot sunlight on my Cajun Blackened Chicken with accompanying potato salad and coleslaw, but it proved to be a lethal combination which I've never experienced before when I've ordered this dish. We dined yesterday afternoon until perhaps 3:30 p.m. and it was not until 9:30 this morning that my digestive tract has recovered. I brought some home but will not be eating it after my experience of the past twenty hours. I really do think the effect of the very hot sunlight on the potato salad and coleslaw led to this very unpleasant after-effect, and I would encourage hour servers to be mindful of this for guests on your patio on very hot days.

Food: Food came fast and was ok. Had the new chicken sandwich special and it was super super salty. Burger was ok. My cocktail was ok - needed club sofa to make it drinkable. Service: Our server was unable to answer basic menu questions. Definitely needed more training to build confidence. I don’t know isn’t a great answer. Value: 4.75 for a pop for a fountain pop is insane. Realized after we tipped and paid that the tip prompt is calculated on the bill amount including GST which is so wrong. For the value $160 dinner for 2 adults and a toddler we’d head in closer to downtown next time.

We went there for my birthday. The food was delicious and although there was a mistake with my order they corrected it quickly. The staff were helpful and kind. Very good at their jobs. My only complaint if you can call it that was we were put in a booth with chairs in an aisle at a very busy in out door and I felt like I was in their way. But it wasn’t that bad it just seemed like a strange place to put our party of 6.
