Burger was over cooked and had to ask for everything from our server. More water, mor coffee, utensils, extras we had ordered. Attention to detail was not great. Location and holiday decor is gorgeous. Overall an okay experience.

Went for brunch. Eggs benny were disappointing, eggs were poached hard - like hard boiled eggs. Sent it back, for a redo. Waitress was very apologetic and manager comped the meal. Perhaps an off day in the kitchen, too bad the food didn’t match the service.

We did not book/ select the patio when making a reservation. We were sat on the patio then asked to leave after two hours as they have a two hour time limit on the patio no one informed us about. Service was also abnormally slow for Earls.

From being seated to the completion of the meal, we felt like we were on the clock. Informed the female server that I could not drink alcohol, as a recovering alcoholic and the response was unacceptable as the female server turned to my guest and said "well I hope you're going to drink." $69 prime rib, was 1/4 inch thick and well over cooked. Over all experience is I would not return and would not recommend.

Our server was Kelly. She was unreal, the restaurant took note that we were celebrating a birthday and they had a handwritten card and fresh flowers on the table. As a frequent diner to earls my food was not to standard but everyone else's at the table was great, Kelly quickly and efficiently found a solution to the problem and made sure to take great care of us all the way to the end of our visit! If you find yourself in Kelly's section you know you'll be well taken care of for your entire visit! Thanks again!

I am a regular of Earls' Yaletown. The service is good to me as always. The steak was a bit less than expectation that evening and the asparagus of the salmon was tough. Overall it was a good experience and my business friend from overseas was entertained well.

Arrived for 12pm reservation, 5 adults. Restaurant clean, not busy, seated right away. Food arrived in adequate time but 4 of 5 dishes were cold - variations of Eggs Benedict. Food quality/taste was average to poor.

Service and food were both very good. Servers were friendly and attentive. It can be a little noisy but not surprising given it’s a very popular and busy Yaletown eatery, but it never interfered with our conversation.

I booked a table for 6 people for my family coming from out of town. We were given a small area that was obviously only meant for a party of 5, and yet the host squeezed my parents and uncle into a small L-shaped couch which was extremely uncomfortable for them. They had 5 glasses of water and 5 sets of cutlery when we sat down so it was obviously only a table for 5! I asked the host if we could be moved before we even sat down because I noticed it was too small. They said that they would ask their supervisor but literally did not do anything and just used that as an excuse. The overall service later on was OK but I was super disappointed in how we were treated upon arrival. I explicitly booked for a party of 6 and it was made clear that they did not care about our comfort at all. I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the Yaletown area - definitely much better restaurants just a few feet away!

Generally you can’t go wrong with a Earls but today we had the misfortune of their pizza oven not turning on, so they forgot to deliver the other five appetizers on our list. We had to ask for them - 45 minutes after placing the order and the restaurant was empty. They offered us a 5% discount on the bill which I thought was an insult And not normal service or expectation for Earls - which is why I gave such a bad rating today. They are in my hood I will be back as I like their patio and their staff and food overall. Just a bad day you could say.

We've been to different restaurants in Vancouver for our Wedding Anniversaries, Seasons in The Park, Cardero's Restaurant, Cactus, etc. For our 5th wedding anniversary we picked Earls at Yaletown and I expected more for our 5th Wedding Anniversary at Earls Kitchen + Bar - Yaletown. The waitress was very inattentive, she was focused on other customers, those who were in big groups. We did not receive even a special greet for our special date, just a card. It was not a remarkable night, we expected more for a special night at Earls. We definitely do not recommend Earls for special occasions.

Great dinner with friends before a comedy show , great new server he did very well with how busy it was . We would have loved a few more cocktails however with being as busy as it was I can understand why we didn’t get asked if we wanted more . Seafood tower is amazing !

Some of the worst food I’ve experienced this year dining out. 3 out of 4 of my party had over cooked steaks, frozen fries on a $53 entree, seasonal veggies I’m pretty sure were from the frozen section and the server kept forgetting to bring everything we asked for. Dismal quality and presentation. Very disappointing for a client dinner. It was embarrassing.
