I’ve never had service like this anywhere else. Had a reso at 9 got sat right away upstairs. got greeted by our server and took our drink order. 25 minutes later the manager was like have you guys been greeted and we let him know we had been waiting 25 minutes he brought our drinks over and took care of them and asked if we wanted more shots so he brought them over. server then did last fall for drinks and those took 15 min another manager dropped them off and I asked him for the bill (African gentleman) he said of course. about 30 min later the server came over with the machine, still no bill she had the total on the machine I was like uh can i see the bill atleast and she was like oh sure. grabbed the bill then the same manager came over and was like sorry i got pulled aside (what for 45 min u couldn’t even print a bill?) server brought bill over we paid. she never offered us any food at all it’s very upsetting we were there for an hour and only got 2 rounds. then when we were sitting there we noticed the bar was drinking red bull and had his mask off and then put it back on didn’t wash his hands and picked up a machine and took payment. Then the same manager that didn’t bring my bill was standing at the bar with his mask off talking with everyone. This is very very upsetting considering we’re in a pandemic, I hope your able to take this feed back and figure it out with your staff especially the one manager. The manager that took care of us at the beginning was great though. I will not be back at this location.

Good food and it came out quick , thought the server lacked personality and was just there to just do her job
Service and food was great. Was super disappointed that they could only play 1 nfl game, as they didn’t pay for any sports channels

Sienna was our server and it was truly some of the best service I’ve experienced in Vancouver. She was relatable and attentive and added to our evening! Earls took care of our bill for our friends birthday and I was just so impressed by the sincerity and patience from everyone at the restaurant. We had a phenomenal evening and owe it all to Sienna and the Earls Yaletown team! It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back!

Very friendly waitress and great service. Extensive menu with lots of options for food and drink. Yaletown a great location with good outdoor/indoor seating. Recommended!

The music was a little too loud & i found myself shouting however the environment was very classy & the food was very good !
I made reservations for my daughter who was having a low-key birthday lunch with 2 of her friends. When I saw a picture of the 3 girls later, I was disappointed at how small the table was. I asked my daughter if the restaurant was busy and she said that there were clearly bigger tables around, even taking into consideration physical distancing. However the hostess decided to give my daughter's group a small table where our elbows touched each other. Since they are youths, they did not want to complain or question the hostess.
But for me as a parent, I am very disappointed because if there were clearly bigger tables around and the hostess could have sat the girls in a bigger table, then she should have done that. What's the point of making a reservation if you're going to assign a party a uncomfortable table. Did she do that because the party was younger? Very, very disappointing.
The servers were amazing and accommodated us from inside to patio which was super nice! :)

I have eaten twice at Earl's this past week and have always ordered half-caesar with salmon. Both times the salmon was very good and the salad not great. Disappointing to be sure.

We had a truly amazing experience. We were late night diners as we just picked up our daughter from a 3 week camp. Katie our server was amazing, very friendly, great conversationalist and seemed to genuinely care.
Food was amazing and everything was quick and on point. The night was topped off as we were selected by Katie to have our bill burned as they are empowered to nominate a table per shift I believe.
We were fully prepared to pay full price for a great experience but I have never seen that from a company so my hats off to you Katie and the company. We were elated to see our daughter after such a long time and you really made our night.

New translucent dividers ruin the ambiance inside. Can't see out the windows or across the restaurant. Should have used clear Plexiglas dividers.
I had reservations and requested a table outside but they said they couldn’t accommodate. Disappointing. I used open table to make the reservation and called the restaurant several times in advance to request the outdoor table due to a medical condition with my hearing but no one answered the phone. After the blaring music inside and General noise in the resultant I left with my ears ringing and pain. I will choose restaurants who answer their phones in future or are willing to accommodate disabilities.
I have been here before and the food and service were consistently good. But today we were seated at a table where a game was going on and it was so loud and we had a hard time hearing each other and that was apparently one of the quieter tables.

We had a reservation and asked if we could wait at the bar for a patio seat as they could not be reserved. They said yes and we sat at the bar. We checked in once more and were told the same thing. We waited 40 minutes at the bar. Needed up ordering food to eat at the bar and no one came to tell us about the patio even though we were there for Almost 2 hours. We spoke to the hostess on the way out who said they texted us. We were both at the bar 10 steps away from them with our phones both out the whole time. No text. We have had bad experiences with the hostess staff at other Earls locations before.

Requested patio early in the day but didn’t get it. Wouldn’t of eaten there if we had to sit inside.
The restaurant is nice and the happy hour is great. However, we did make a reservation a week in advance and asked for a patio seat. Upon arrival, the person in line in front of us knew the hostess and therefore got to take the last available patio table. The hostess then proceeded to lie about the situation and said there was too long of a line for the patio when there was no one else waiting. I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service from start to finish and would not return to this location.

Excellent patio, and they made a special exception and gave us a patio reso because we brought our dogs...! Service great, food great, no complaints :) Half price bottles of wine on Tuesdays - a must!!
