I love Earls Yaletown, I go to this location specifically because it is consistently good. Today was a bit off, the speaker by our table was super loud and sounded staticky, and when I asked about the happy hour red wine (a nine oz was $10 of the one I was asking about) and the waiter mentioned it was a blend, then said another blend too. I said “sure that one!” Well it was a $16.75 glass of wine, I was there for happy hour so $10 drinks lol. I felt like that was a bit of a sneaky move, but I’m hoping it was just a misunderstanding? I did think the wine wasn’t that great but thought “oh well it was only $10,” so I was a little rattled to see it was almost $17 😂 So double check prices if the waiter suggests something. I will say the food I ordered was delicious as usual, and I think this is the best happy hour around, such a great variety.
Great lunch at Earls Yaletown. Fast and friendly service + food came out perfectly! The crispy prawn roll was delicious!

Great Service & food was great as well. !! Price was rock bottom at happy hour.
Our server was excellent. The lounge seating was also very good and decently quiet.
Our server was fantastic, so friendly and always made sure we were happy with everything.
The Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl was great. Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich was also really good.
Freezing inside restaurant, took forever to get a server to place an order. Food was lukewarm at best.

Food was delicious. Had the Cajun chicken and it was juicy, tasty and fresh. Great chefs at this location. Service was fast and friendly.
I live close by and always happy to support. Only thing is please keep your pumpkin pie on the menu longer. It’s the best and it’s a fall/winter favourite 😊
Earls is a good spot in Yaletown. The menu looked new and the food choices were very good and appealing. We ordered an exclusive Italian red wine and it was excellent especially that it was 50% that day.

We’ve been to this location multiple times but this time we found it lacklustre. The food was uninspired. Just because the food is cheap it doesn’t mean the quality should suffer. People will gladly pay extra money for good food.
Server came to us a total of 2 times throughout our visit. Didn’t greet us when we sat. After 15 minutes someone finally did only to say our server would be with us shortly. She took our order and we never saw her again until we were almost finished our meal. Had to ask other random workers who walked past us for things like napkins, side plates, utensils, water. Paid via QRG as no one came when we wanted our bill.
Much too expensive for this kind of meal.
Best Ribs and potato salad ever. I always have the same.
Earl's Yaletown is a great place for an intimate meal for two or a small party celebrating some life event!
Booked a table and still almost had to sit at a bar. There were two bartenders on the second floor and one seemed to be doing all the serving. He wasn't around very much so it took a long time before we had the opportunity to get our food. Apps were served with no utensils, napkins, or plates. He was friendly, but had a, "I don't really care" feel to him.
Messed up our reso + the food was cold. I usually love the food but that night the fries, rice bowl we very very cold
Generally, all the food items are good to excellent but I had “Hunan Kung Pao”, for dinner, which was very bad & tasteless. May be it was a bad day for the chef or a back up chef prepared it. Unless, this item is improved, please take it out of the menu. However, this will still remain as one of my favourite Yaletown restaurants.
We sat outside at nice quiet table. We pretty much all had the chicken sandwich with garlic fries. Everything tasted great. Service was great as well.
Harrison is a wonderful server. You guys should move your happy hour up to 9 though since alcohol ends at 10.

I’ve never had service like this anywhere else. Had a reso at 9 got sat right away upstairs. got greeted by our server and took our drink order. 25 minutes later the manager was like have you guys been greeted and we let him know we had been waiting 25 minutes he brought our drinks over and took care of them and asked if we wanted more shots so he brought them over. server then did last fall for drinks and those took 15 min another manager dropped them off and I asked him for the bill (African gentleman) he said of course. about 30 min later the server came over with the machine, still no bill she had the total on the machine I was like uh can i see the bill atleast and she was like oh sure. grabbed the bill then the same manager came over and was like sorry i got pulled aside (what for 45 min u couldn’t even print a bill?) server brought bill over we paid. she never offered us any food at all it’s very upsetting we were there for an hour and only got 2 rounds. then when we were sitting there we noticed the bar was drinking red bull and had his mask off and then put it back on didn’t wash his hands and picked up a machine and took payment. Then the same manager that didn’t bring my bill was standing at the bar with his mask off talking with everyone. This is very very upsetting considering we’re in a pandemic, I hope your able to take this feed back and figure it out with your staff especially the one manager. The manager that took care of us at the beginning was great though. I will not be back at this location.
