Food was great as always. I usually go to Earls Vaughan but thought I’d give Yorkdale a go to switch it up, Janessa was amazing. Really knew her stuff and recommended some great adds to our dinner. Would come back just for her!

I love Earl's & so did the othetc4 girls I dined with. The tables are setup so indivually, some privacy & comfy atmosphere. The staff are very attentive but not overly so your conversations flow without interruption. Food arrived hot & well presented. Great lunch.

Originally sat in a booth which was too far from table. Very uncomfortable. Requested another table. They sat us in a closed section which was fine except it was very cold. It was extremely unpleasant. Hostess was lovely but atmosphere was so unpleasant. Very disappointed.

Excellent meal! Service was super fast and friendly! The temperature in the restaurant was quite warm if I had to complain about anything. Otherwise, really good meal and reasonably priced for the big portions.

I never really take the time to write a review but they really were great and accommodating I don’t recall an experience like that from a lot of restaurants recently. it really made our night that much more enjoyable. would highly recommend

This is the second time I’ve gone in a few weeks and both times; the server sort of forgot about us after our mains were served. Both times about an hour passed with no follow up and both times we had to ask someone to bring our bill. We may have ordered a second drink or a dessert if a menu had been offered, but after an hour we just wanted to get going. At a price point of almost $50 for a burger and a drink… I’d have expected better service. I thought the first time was a fluke… but twice in a row?

It was my bday & everything was perfect! Just the drinks took a long time to come, our apps came way before our drinks. Would have like my margarita first before my truffle fries. The margarita was also mostly ice could have been stronger & filled up w more liquid & less ice. Other then that the food was amazing & I appreciated the free dessert w candle

The only thing I can say was that we were sitting next to a table of earls kitchen staff and the staff(particularly the guy in charge) was dropping a lot of f bombs and swear words. I have a teenager who I wasn’t concerned about but he was right across from my 9 year old. I didn’t appreciate the language he used next to a table enjoying their dinner. We all heard the swear words but didn’t want to start anything.

Great service. Welcoming staff. Tried the happy hour for the first time there—as we were late for lunch. Really nice and yummy options. Try the margarita pizza comes right out of the over thin crust and just enough cheese and sauce with fresh basil. Lettuce wraps were fresh and the lettuce not limp! Enough menu choices. We will try happy hour there again.

This is the second time we went to Earls Yorkdale. We really enjoyed ourselves the first time in the summer. This time around the food was a bit saltier than before. Also I had a small fly in my food. I showed the waitress. All she did was apologize and I thought she would have at least taken the item off the bill. She just kept apologizing. I didn’t want to speak to a manager because most waiters would know what to do

It was a disappointing experience. The steak arrived cold, fries clumped together and also cold. The server displayed a less than friendly attitude. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the server attempted to argue, dismissing our concerns as mere pickiness.

Ordered the tenderloin and it was so spicy it was awful. Ate the side veggies but because the sides was eaten (what do you expect if you are hungry) and the waiter only offered something different after everyone pretty much ate their food - too late. Bill comes no discount and they had the nerve to charge for truffle butter on a steak that couldn’t be eaten. The waiter offered to take the $3.00 butter charge off - seriously who cares about $3.00 but not even a discount on the meat. We have eaten at other Earls with no problems- Yorkdale location I definitely won’t be back. Even the staff wasn’t the friendliest.

i was soo excited to visit the new Earls location however i was soo disappointed. the service was 5/10, there was 2 people service us, which was weird in my opinion. it took over an hour to get us seated and order our food. out seated area was extremely cold and we were seated inside. when our food finally came, it was cold. overall i like earls however i won’t be back at this location.

Wouldn’t recommend going on a Friday night. It was absolutely busy, my friend and I had reservations for 8PM , we got seated at 8:45PM. Turns out they accidentally seated someone else under my reservation & then tried to cover it up by saying there’s someone here with the exact first and last name. It ruined our entire first half of our dinner that we were looking forward too. The food was amazing and our waitress was amazing. The food came out fairly quickly as well!

The food was mediocre at best. The service was a major letdown, with slow response times and a lack of attentiveness from the staff.
