Server was very pleasant but not attentive. Once food was served they didn’t ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything until we were almost finished. Ex salt. After plates taken had to wait about 15 mins to catch our server to ask for coffee and dessert. No spoons or sugar given for tea/coffee. Also restaurant was not super busy which can account for this type of service.

Great dining experience! It would be advisable to sit where one is comfortable as the tables are secured to the floor and do not allow much space. It took a long time for the food to arrive and it was challenging to find the server as she was busy with other tables. It appeared to be a shortage of staffing.

I’ve been to this location a few times but this time they dropped the ball on service. Our server brought us the wrong item, we waited 30 mins for them to correct it only to hear eventually from the manager that they were sold out of that item. The rest of what we ordered was good but the damper of waiting for the missed item kindof ruined it.

Our server was wonderful but he had too many tables to take care of which resulted in us having a slow service. Food was good but $38.75 fir 2 crab cakes and 1 cup of lettuce…..really??????

Great food .. sat outside , private with greenery appreciated. My daughters ‘s birthdays recognized with welcoming sign, note note and then surprise dessert! I will return on that note alone!!😊 thank you for the special treatment!

Food amount was little. Full meal salad was not enough and lacked dressing. Both me and my friend had to ask the server several times for dressing. Overpriced, understaffed, food wasn't that tasty or enough. Will not be coming back!

I absolutely LOVE Earls, Yorkdale...From being greeted at the entrance to being shown my table on the Patio, right under a heater yay!!! perfect, to our amazing server BELLA to the meal, which had to be prepared a little differently for me, it was all perfect...Love the Vegan menu, The patio was amazing, quiet you'd never know you were sitting basically in the parking lot at Yorkdale...But the food to die for , and the service impeccable, BELLA went out of her way on all accounts to make it THE best visit so far.

Our server, Natalia, was awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. The desserts need to offer menu items that don't have cheese and/or chocolate as I cannot eat and would have like a dessert. I love Sticky Toffee Pudding but you put chocolate in it.

slow service, never got checked on and food was terrible. came with a party of 3 whom all ordered different items; vegan burger was dry with stale bread, sushi roll rice was of weird texture almost like it was going bad and did not taste good, mushroom pizza was very interesting. we only picked on our fries.

My first experience was average at best back in august . . Slow service and the food came out the same. Thought I’d give the restaurant a second chance last night and was worse. Same slow service when it was half empty. The fries accompanying the Steak were cold. There won’t be a third visit.

4 different servers forgot about me. I ordered 2 mai tai’s and each time they were 15 minutes late because the barista needed to make foam. I was told I’d get the first one for free because of the inconvenience, I ended up getting charged for it.

the food was overly salty and the service was mediocre - our waitress did not clear our appetizer plates until they were bringing out the main course - we had to held onto our own appetizer plates to make room. Our waitress also did not come and check up on us so we had to ask another waitress for extra napkin to which, when she brought it over, she just dump the napkins on the table and said "here you go". The food overall was leaning towards the saltier side. The angry chicken lettuce wrap was very good! I would recommend ordering that

It was my birthday dinner and Earls made it very special! Birthday signage at our table, a birthday card from the Earls team and a yummy dessert to end off the night! The food was delicious and perfect as always!

When we tried to check in the hostess decided it was more important to take selfies and ignore guests. Waited for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged we were there. Service was extremely slow. No one came to check on the table. Steaks were cooked at rare instead of medium and the server (Mario) said this happened to multiple tables. Drinks too very long. Server was nice.

Overall, it was good. Would be nice if the water didn’t forget a birthday candle on the dessert like it had been arranged until it was reminded. Would recommend a dress code for the wait staff vs a totally revealing with no bra tank top. Otherwise food and service was great. Thank you.

Very sad to say the service was not great. After a previous experience that was beautifully rectified, I was so excited to come here again. If it wasn’t for the managers saving the experience again, I would have left a 0 star. Servers seem to pick and choose who they want to provide good service to.

Had a great lunch yesterday at Earls Yorkdale. This was my second visit. The menu is interesting with many vegetarian and gluten free options and the food did not disappoint, it was delicious. Our server was friendly and efficient and all the staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant has huge windows and comfortable seats. I will definitely be going back!

Yorkdale is a location easily accessible when coming from different parts of the GTA. Had eaten in Earls in Winnipeg. The food is uniformly good. Reservations easy to make. Service was outstanding, Lots to choose from for lunch - you can add Earls to your list

Good price for food and wine. Fast, efficient service. Very clean, bright and open. I really like that TVs were only around the bar area, and while still too many for my liking, I could sit where I wasn't distracted and speak with my partner without straining.
