   Our server was great. The food was amazing but I found to get our mains it took a bit longer than expected but I know how busy it was. Overall it was a great experience and looking forward to the next time.

   We were sitting on the patio and it seemed to be only one server for Everyone outside. Didn't get much service as needed, she was really busy. Food was amazing as alweys.

   I came to this location for an early dinner with my family (couple with 2 young kids) and the whole family loved it. Our server was fantastic, the food was incredible, and everyone left happy. My 5 year old son was very impressed with batman on the door to the men's room. Nice touch :). I imagine that the restaurant becomes less family-friendly as the evening goes on.

   Food was good however the only issue is that they charge extra for individuals wanting to omit chicken from their pasta dishes and have a vegetarian meal. This is ridiculous. Nowhere else does this. They charge $5 extra for vegetables. Chicken is more expensive! We asked to speak to the manager who didn’t even have the courtesy to come see us and just sent our server back. Not worth the value if you’re a vegetarian. Although the food was good, we won’t come back just because of the vegetable surcharge and poor customer service by the manager. We eat out at different restaurants and not once has any of them ever changed extra to remove the meat from a pasta dish.

   Only issue was that it was far too loud in the restaurant. Largely because of the music, turn that down just a bit and otherwise it was perfect.

   I reserved for 7 ppl then called to change it to 10ppl, I was assured that my reservation was updated. Upon arrival, the reservation was not updated, but we’re able to make the change. Our service was poor. I understand it was busy, but then there should be all hands on deck. Our apps came quickly, our mains took a long time and dessert took time. We were approached by 2 sets of people asking if we were aware of the 2 hour dining limit. Then added that another party is waiting for our table. We were not informed about this, but our meals took that long to come, so we can’t control that and it’s not our problem that the next guests had arrived. As we were waiting for our receipts, we were approached again about being there over the 2 hour limit and again we informed the manager that we have been waiting for the receipts. In total, we were there for 3.5 hours, majority of the time was waiting for our meals and waiting 45 minutes for our receipts. If the 2 hour dining limit is in place, then the servers and cooks should be on board with this. It’s insulting to the guests (my group of people) that came for the dining experience to be “reminded” to adhere to the time limit especially when it was never mentioned upon reserving or arrival or when our orders were placed. With this inconvenience, there was no apology or discount of any sort. This was not our first time coming there, but definitely was the last time being there. In addition, the music was so loud that we couldn’t hear one another speaking at our table.

    Jacob did an amazing job taking care of us. We had just come in from another restaurant where we sat around 25 minutes without a server in sight but coming to Earls made the night perfect. We were in and out within an hour and a half and still had loads of time for the evening. Thank you Earls and Jacob for the great experience.

    Went to Earls for an early Mother’s Day. Food was great and service was excellent. Will come back for the amazing chicken club, hunan chicken and noodles and the Cajun salmon! They were all delicious! Thank you guys for an amazing Mother’s Day dinner experience.

    Earls use to be my favourite restaurant because their food options were amazing, portion size was amazing, and their general setting was amazing. But this time, the server was never to be found. It took extremely long for food to come out. My dad got his ribs and fries came out 15 mins after. They got rid of their fish tacos, and fish and chips, something my family looks forward to! It was just overall one of worst experiences I had at earls before.

    I enjoy Earl's, and they don't disappoint. Using Open Table, options for dinner were 5:45 (too early) and 8:15 (too late) so I showed up a bit before 7:00 and asked politely if they can find seats for two and they did. (Thanks to Elizabeth even though it was the 'do or die' Leafs game that night!) Our server, Shania, was great similar to our experience with other Earl's servers, food was great, so all in all a very good dining experience.

    Our experience was not good. It took a long time to get our food, then it arrived cold and had to be sent back. They warmed it in the microwave and brought it back to us. No one cleared the glassed off the table. We had 7 gempty glassed including water glasses on the table all night for 3 people. For the price of the food I was not impressed. They did comp one meal and gave us a free desert but our dinner night out was still ruined. Will not go back.

    We loved Earls brunch because of the potatoes and how much food you got. Last time we went was just a few months ago. The price of steak and sushi has gone up but the quality or amount has not. I understand inflation hasn't helped but it's a big jump. For brunch there was significantly less food. Extremely noticeable. I know they're trying something new with the potatoes but it's not good and not worth the price increase. The old potatoes were simple but flavourful and amazing. Paired with a very uninterested server. We were so disappointed.

    Food was amazing . The game was on which was great we are leaf fans, it was so loud you couldn’t even hear the game, let alone the person right beside you. The fire alarm went off as well . It was just annoying . Server was lovely . Table maintenance needs work especially with small tables .

    The food was okay, the portion sizes are kind of small depending what you order. But everything we received was tasty. The service was not great, our food arrived at different times, even for people that were receiving the same things. Our waitress was not very friendly either, and was fairly aloof.

    Great service at the start. Sadly it dwindled after we were severed, spent an extra 30 min waiting for the bill, and wasn’t asked if we wanted anything else. Other servers compensated. Overall a great place to dine and gather with friends. Excellent cocktails and delicious menu.

    Waitress bought out something that we did not order but we’re talking about possibly ordering but will do after the first 2 orders came out. Felt rushed and wasn’t happy about it. I did let her know but felt she could have done something and been a bit more apologetic.
