Excellent service and meals. I really loved the Jamaican Jerk Chicken meal
Earls has a great selection of dishes to suit all! Everything is so tasty, we never leave disappointed!
The food was so good! My steak was cooked perfectly! I got the coconut shrimp with the marinated steak. Delicious!
First time visit, sadly the food was cold and service was slow.
The restaurant has a most attractive menu with a wide choice of well-prepared dishes. No fast food! The service was most efficient - friendly, attentive and co-operative. The absence of piped music is a definite bonus, allowing for easy conversation among friends. Have been before and will certainly be back., from out of town.
Foos was great and loved the happy hour brunch! To get that extra star... needed sever to be a bit more attentive- refreshing coffee and drinks.
However sever was wonderful when she was at our table!
Would return to Earls again
Had a fun night out with friends. Excellent customer service. Banana cream pie is divine!
The food was great. Love the fact it was not salty. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
What stood out was that some obvious careful thought had gone into selecting the ingredients for the dishes. Each dish had a fresh, distinctive taste that allowed the main ingredients to shine; unlike some other chain Resteurants where every thing tastes the same.
The waiter took at least half an hour to provide the cheque. The floor manager ended up buying our appetizer and giving us a gift card. It's a no from me
Menu had a great range of selections and food was delicious. Shrimp could have been cooked a bit more - seared is always the best. Mine were not super flavourful.
Patio was fabulous. Server was amazing.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. It was a good space for our lunch catchup!
Good service, pleasant atmosphere, tasty food...a great dining experience. Thank you.
Enjoyable mother's day meal. The service was very good.
Had a wonderful meal. There was a slight delay in our service due to a misunderstanding between the manager and the server which really wasnt that long, but they gave us a complementary meal as a result. I had definitely waited longer for worse service at other restaurants and was really impressed with how the team at Earls treated us.
Blackened swordfish tacos and a little too spicy for my taste. Wait staff Ashley - very attentive.
Manager, Brandon came by and very personable. Muskoka beer - thirst quenching!
Food was well made and served. We went for a lunch experience but could tell the restaurant was decorated and run very well. Lunch service is typically an odd experience as most restaurants run their best for dinner. Overall, not a bad experience.
We had a reservation for 12 PM for lunch, the restaurant was relatively empty. The hostess ushered us to a table near the kitchen. We asked if we can be seated away for the high traffic and smell, her response was let me see if there’s a table available??? Not accommodating and not friendly at all. The waitress took our order and made a mistake on the one drink my wife ordered. The salad lacked finishing salt and a drizzle of dressing it was dry. At the end of our lunch we were charged $25.5 for a glass of wine and not the posted rate of $13.00.
Over all the restaurant was loud.
I ordered Salmon with Feta and Capers . My only complaint was sauxe was too salty.
The service was great we did not feel rushed but was also was also very attentive
Way too loud. Is this place a restaurant or a night club? You couldn’t even talk to the person sitting right next to you without yelling in their face. Do not come here if you plan on having a meal and enjoying a friends company
Good food and great service
Made my reservation through Open Table. When I identified myself the hostess took us straight to our table. Once seated our server came by quickly and took our drink order and upon her return with our drinks took out meal order. The food came out in within a fair amount of time and tasted great. Both of use enjoyed our meals. Will definitely go back here.
Food wasn't good. Overcooked meat. And alfredo pasta barely had sauce and was very greasy. When we sat down we had no cutlery.
Great service. Seated quickly. Waiter was very attentive. Meals came out quickly. Very happy.
Food and service was excellent. The old fashion cocktail was on point and the cajun chicken with warm potato salad is a sure thing.
Fantastic as usual. We picked Earl's on a whim one time while trying to find a place to eat in Downtown Toronto. After that, I've been dying to try this location (it's way closer to us), and it didn't disappoint. The prices are great, the portion sizes seem "normal", meaning you get enough to be full and satisfied, without feeling like you've just stuffed yourself.
Our waitress was also lovely. We like to take our time with the menus, spacing out appetizers and mains, and she made it easy for us to get her attention when we were ready to order without either of us feeling like we were bothering the other.
Nice atmosphere for brunch.
First time would go again.
Awesome as usual
Great service and food was extremely tasty. Swordfish tacos delicious.
I had the Chorizo + Mushroom Hash and it was very tasty, filling, fresh and healthy. Really liked that you could take advantage of the Happy Hour pricing for brunch if you arrive and order before 12pm. If you are able to make it to the washroom they have a Wonder Woman Action Figure for the Ladies washroom and a Batman for the Men's washroom. I LOVED it very different, unique and just plain awesome. You won't be disappointed if you choose to go to Earls and eat.
Sides were cold. Service was super slow.
I really liked the happy hour brunch menu however would like to see more gluten free options ! Waiter was very pleasant however didn’t bring coffee refill, water refill and forgot drink with meal. The hostess or another staff member helped out so that was good! I think he was overwhelmed by being too busy all at once not his fault. Other than this the service was good! Overall I would rate 3.5 to four stars ⭐️
My sister and I had a great time. The Valentine menu was perfect. The only negative was the wontons. They were deep fried, not "fresh" feeling. The only other option was the spinach with 3 cheese sauce and we are both lactose intolerant.
The best part of the experience was our waitress. Top service, a 10 out of 10.
Great service! Servers were prompt and friendly. Even the manager came around to introduce himself and see how we were doing. Plenty of food options, even for the pickiest eater. The dessert selection was limited, but delicious! Make sure you try the banana cake. It's new so not even sure if it's on the menu yet. Sticky toffee pudding didn't really taste like the real English version, but was yummy nevertheless.
Nice place to be with family for lunch or dinner.. soothing ambiance
Great food and great service ! Nice place for dinner after a days shopping .
Got there 9 minutes late due to traffic and snow, (for a 1:30 pm reservation in my name)and when we arrived they said they had given our table away since we were late. We were shocked. So we had to wait for another table that was wheel chair accessible as per our reservation. After 5 minutes waiting we eventually see that our two guests joining us had arrived before us and were already seated and used my name upon arrival. So we able to join them as per my original reservation. So we had an unnecessary delay and still shocked that they said they gave our wheel chair accessible reservation away when only 9 minutes late and no apology.
Food and service were fine but organic draft beer had a very metallic taste, and the spinach dip had too much garlic for my liking. Also a bit noisy to carry on good conversation. Washrooms were very nice.
Food was great. Service was really slow. Took 30 min to get out bill. Was upsold to a large pitcher of sangria and only got 3 glasses not the 4 as told and with ice the glasses were only filled up 1/2 way.
