The restaurant staff went truly above and beyond in helping me celebrate my sister-in-laws’ birthdays and upcoming baby! The food was also great, as usual. Thanks so much for making this so memorable for all of us.

Food was good. Hostess was lovely. Music was loud and could not hear dining partners. Waitor did not check on us to see if we liked our meal at all. Sat with empty plates in front of us for quite a while. Took so long, gave up on asking for tea, coffee or dessert. Have has much better experiences on prior visits.

Server was not on point and lacked the service that is normally there It was noted in 2 areas that a belated birthday was being celebrated but zero acknowledgment in that area Waited forever for drinks Waited forever for my food Still tipped but unsure as to why as he lacked the personality and service. Very rare I leave this restaurant unhappy The Cajun chicken dinner I always order to enjoy in house, I ordered to take out as I would have enjoyed this more at home.

I suppose to have 5$ off on steak because off Wednesday special but they did not minus from my bill. Food took quite long time to come and server was so slow while only few tables eating

All our food was excellent from the starters to the mains. Service was technical but without any empathy or emotion - factory-like. It’s a busy restaurant but I think some guest care and concern needs to be injected into the experience to make it an experience and not just a meal. We will be returning for the excellent wings and other food but NOT for the service. So as long as your expectations are in line with what they can offer (great food; no-feeling service) it’s quite a nice place. If you want an “experience”, there are better places to go to.

The main dish I ordered was missing a key ingredient and they didn’t tell me after I ordered the dish. I ate a few bites when I noticed and did not eat any further . Despite this, it was not taken off the bill.

Overall it was a good experience but we wanted to order a Burger and at 430 in the afternoon on a Saturday they didn’t have any! How could this be? No explanation for it, the server said they didn’t have any and that was it. Odd for a popular and busy restaurant on a Saturday at dinner time not to have such a requested item on their menu.

A moms night out which happens every few months did not end well. We were enjoying our conversation and dinner when we were told that our 2 hr mark was reached and we needed to leave. We were not told of this time limit at booking or when we were seated by the hostess. Having just ordered a glass wine we were told we can have 10 additional min as a courtesy. When we brought this up with our waitress she herself even expressed she was not aware of this time limit . Following the 10 min one of the managers came back and expressed that we needed to leave. We expressed our frustration again in a very calm, respectful and professional manner (we hadn’t even been given the opportunity to order dessert and coffee/tea). She felt otherwise and she began telling us that she understands we have had some wine but that she deserves respect. This was completely unprofessional and uncalled for and her accusations were absolutely inappropriate. At this point we demanded to have the bill. Following a lengthy wait for the bill as we were walking out there was only 2 people waiting for a table and our table held 7. The way we were spoken to and treated was beyond the line of professionalism and we would not recommend nor go back to any Earls location again. The management and experience was pathetic.

Service was extremely slow. Our waitress never came around other than taking our order, dropping off our soft drinks to apologize about how late they were (arrived while in the middle of eating our main course). Food was ok this evening, not hot. Overall disappointed.

Pasta was good. Buger was subpar, seems as though they may of changed the recipe. The burger use to be amazing. Also had a couple dirty utensils. Had to ask for salt , pepper and napkins. This place has potential to do better. Also ordered a pop and it came full of ice, only really had a quarter glass worth of pop if you removed the ice.

I was disappointed with the dessert not coming with things the picture had. I was also disappointed with the Irish coffee. The coffee was warm, not hot, and very plain. Most places do a sugar rim or whip topping. It wasn't worth the price.

Nice restaurant for lunch to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Food was good, atmosphere was nice but most impressive was the service. Excellent memorable service. All 4 staff members who interacted with our party genuinely seemed friendly and happy to make our occasion memorable. Was the first time dining at this restaurant and I would go back.

It was nice to have Nicole as my server. Earls Famous Clam Chowder was tasty. Filet + Peppercorn (6oz) was well-cooked. White Chocolate Creme Brulee was delightful. Regular Coffee was well-served. Excellent service. Friendly staff.

We went in to celebrate our friends engagement and we’re served by Nicole. She was attentive, had great menu knowledge, and overall was a pleasure to be served by. Additionally, your customer experience manager Cher went above and beyond to visit our table to congratulate our friend and offer to take care of our bottle of wine along with a hand written note and flowers. Our table was a previous group of servers and bartenders, we were so incredibly thankful for the service provided by your team. This is what true customer experience and service should be. Thank you so much, we will absolutely be back thanks to Nicole and Cher!
