We made a reservation when we arrived we were asked if we could be in and out of the restaurant in an hour and 15 minutes because the only table they had was reserved for somebody later in the evening I did not understand this seeing as I had a reservation and I don't know why I was being asked to modify my plans to accommodate somebody else I was told that the restaurant got busy and when I asked them then what our reservations for they didn't have an answer so it ended up being fine they put us at a table way in the back corner right in front of the waitresses station so I was not happy with that at all then they asked us what kind of water we would like when we gave them our choice of Flat Water they brought a bottle but did not inform us that we would be charged $6.50 for it the food was good but just those two things alone makes me feel that I probably will not go back to Earl's in the future

Brunch specifically has a very short happy hour period from 11am opening to noon. The hostess and server both failed to specifically mention this and my party didn’t realize this until it was already after the period. We addressed it with the manager on duty and he was very good to rectify the matter. Otherwise I have no complaints - staff were otherwise friendly and attentive and the food was fine. Parking is plentiful, restaurant was spacious, washrooms clean. I will note - the espresso machine wasn’t working and one sink in the washroom didn’t work. Other than that enjoyed the meal. I’d go back!

The food and service was excellent. Our waitress made sure to make food and drink recommendations. She checked in on us regularly to see how we were doing. The music was the right volume, it was just loud from everyone talking. Which is a good sign for the restaurant business! I would definitely go back that location.

Our server Dante was fabulous , very helpful with the menu options ! Food was delicious , didn’t take long to come out , although it was a busy Friday night ! And the guest experience manager Elizabeth was very welcoming !

The server was so unenthusiastic about her job. As a customer, I was just trying to take my mom and my mother in law out for a nice dinner and it was shameful to receive bad service as it threw off the whole vibe of the night. Will not be back.

Nicole was great and super attentive! It was a bit of an inconvenience to have the system down and put 8 peoples bills all on one instead of paying separate. However the staff did inform us ahead of time.

Upon entry, I was greeted with a large smile from Liz. I requested to be sat in Amanda’s section but noticed she’s off for the day so sat in my regular spot and was greeted and served by Latoya. Latoya was super attentive and kind from the get go with lots of smiles as well. Both liz and Lotoya have such a sweet calm tone to them which is really nice. Feel like home when I’m there. Thank-you to the wonderful staff I have met there thus far. Keep up the great job and wonderful smiles.

Delightful father/daughter evening. Wiped all our plates clean: avacado/corn/tortilla app, Santa Fe chicken salad & blackened chicken with a shared chocolate sticky toffee pudding. Our server Amanda was efficient, friendly and prompt. Support from other staff who touched our table was equally so. Will return soon with more family.

Service was bad but the food was good. The server rarely came to the table, it took forever to order food or drinks. This isn’t the first time at this location any time I come the service is slow doesn’t matter what time or day. Love the food so it’s sad!

The food was excellent. Kudos to the kitchen staff. The Cajun blackened prime sirloin steak was cooked to medium perfection. The salmon with feta caper aioli was beautifully cooked. The jasmine rice was a bit overcooked- was more like sticky sushi rice. Atmosphere is a bit cold for my liking but very modern. Perhaps it was the fact it is in a mall. As a wine lover, I thought the markup on the wine gasses were at the top end ….300%. The strategy to have unfamiliar wines ( those not typically available in LCBO) makes it less obvious, but pricing is out there if you look. Guess the best option is their half price bottle day - Tuesday. Would return for the food, and that is the purpose of a restaurant!

I would have given them 5 stars, except that at the end when we were enjoying dessert, mice decided to join us on the patio. At first, they were just a few meters away, but when they came under our table that was definitely it for us. I informed the hostess upon our expedient exit. Too bad as the drinks, food, patio ambience and service were great prior to the unwelcome mice visit.
