I stumbled upon the restaurant by chance and I am so glad I did!! This spot is a hidden gem on the Bedford highway. The decor is bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly and provided great service. We had some cocktails and they were well balanced and tasty. The food is amazing, every bite was a delight. We had both Conch dishes and they did not disappoint. The chicken was good, the ribs were fall off the bone and the special was mango curry muscles. Definitely give this spot a try, we will definitely be going back again

Thoroughly enjoyed the conch appetizer, the mains, and despite never getting desert at lunch, we had to try and it too (the guava duff) was superb. Will be back!

I need more than five stars to give. I can’t recommend this place enough. Leo is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. His vibe, his knowledge, his recommendations, and his smile are all top tier. The food was unreal. I had conch fritters, fish tacos, and the guava duff dessert. GET THE GUAVA DUFF. The decor is beautiful and every tiny detail is thoughtfully designed to make you feel like you’re on vacation. After our meal, the staff sincerely thanked us for our patronage. I will definitely be coming back here and I’m already drooling just thinking about it. Continue supporting local BIPOC-owned businesses!

East Coast Conch was great in all aspects. Food was creative and delicious, service was friendly, helpful, kind, and quick. Lots of parking at the location. The only thing to note, was it was a little cold and with the door located centrally to many of the tables, I suggest you dress warm.

The staff were attentive and lovely. We had the conch fritters, Chicken and waffles and the Jerk chicken bowl. All of the food was fabulous. Took my mom there for her Birthday and we were both talking about what we would have next time we were there. Plus they have a vegan option, so I am going to take my son for his birthday too. :)

The beer and wine selection is limited, would like to see a local craft beer and a Sauvignon Blanc wine. I chose the Pinot Grigio, it was ok but barely cooled so not as tasty as it could possibly be.

What an amazing experience. Took my family here for brunch and it was wonderful. The owner (Leo) and serving staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They made sure to check in on us frequently to ensure everything was enjoyable. The restaurant is gorgeous and gives an authentic island feel. Very bright and tropical. The drinks were perfect! The food was second to none and authentic to the Bahamian experience. What I loved most was that the location provided tons of parking space unlike most restaurant in the main Halifax area. If you visit for brunch I absolutely recommend the chicken and waffles. It is to die for. Perfectly seasoned. Great mix of sweet and salty and very flavourful. Also the chef pay key attention to special requests and it’s clear that they cook with absolute love! I will definitely be back!

The place was amazing. Remind me of Home, the food taste the same from home I never wanted to leave. Cannot wait to go back again. The food is just amazing and the decor. The waitress and the bartender are also polite and amazing. to the point that we was there for dinner, and came back for lunch the next day.

Over priced! They forgot to add the salsa to my tacos and just said they would let the chef know but didn’t say sorry or I’ll reduce the bill-conch taco with pickled cabbage very bland and conch was very hard and chewy! No flavour in any food we had.
