   We always go to east side Mario’s but this time we got salad that wasn’t fresh and me and the kids ate it because we were hungry. We had to continually ask for more bread and beverages. After we finished our food our server never even grabbed our dishes they sat their for 10 minutes before another server came to get them.

   We love going here. Expect Bells Corners Ottawa. Always great food, no for requests etc. Generous portions, always spinach & tomato cream stuffed pasta 🍝 my go to!

   Service was really slow. It took 15 minutes to get 2 glasses of water. Not overly impressed with the restaurant. We were put beside 2 tables of children and very loud. My boyfriend and I had to shout over the noise just to talk to one another. Most likely will not return.

   Very poor service. Extremely slow and food arrived at different times. All of us were done eating before one person in our party even got their meal. Don’t go to this location!

   Not too many in the restaurant on a Monday evening but service was great, food excellent. For a new restaurant it seems to have most of the opening kinks worked out. Will definitely return.

    Service was not that good, appetisers were late and came out after our meal salads came. Restaurant was not that busy either. Noise level of TV's were very high, almost had to shout to have a conversation. Some of the main courses were over-cooked, the veal parmigiana especially was hard and over cooked

    Online reservation was fast and easy. Our server Brittany was delightful, very friendly, happy and enthusiastic. Thumbs up Brittany! The manager Chris, was very involved with customer service throughout the time we were there. I spoke with him about the Handicap Parking not being signed yet and he promised to have that taken care of, that with limited parking due to a big dumpster due to ongoing construction, and another restaurant sharing the small parking lot it was a challenging to get close enough to the entry at 6:30 pm. The Veal Parmesan was very good, the pasta was el dante and the sauce was nice. We had the Buy One, Take One Home Free Offer and the take home Spaghetti and Meat Balls were excellent. The Spicy Sausage Penne sauce was slightly too spicy for my taste, I usually go for spicy, but this was a little 'over the top'. I will definitely be going again and again.

    All was good except there was a glitch in the kitchen and our meal took too long to get served. I expect this problem will be corrected.
