    Excellent meal and service. Great value for money. One recommendation: Better manage the long lineup at the entrance. Have one access for reservations and once access for those who reserved (like us). Having people in the entrance scream at us because we cut the line despite having a reservation is not a positive experience.

    Restaurant was overcrowded, orders took for ever to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Re-ordered, came back as cold as before and the meal wasn’t what I ordered.

    Tres bruyant a l'intérieur, nous avons opté pour la terrasse, mais il y avait tellement de mouches que c'était très désagréable. aucun contrôle pour insectes. Je propose au proprio de faire quelque chose !!

    We had a good experience , but only one thing was we got the entry cheese stick at the same time as our meal....waitress should of given our starter first..so that kind of spoiled our meal for our first day vacation!!

    We were late for our reservation as there was a long queue at the border. The hostess was very gracious and found us a table. The waitstaff were very busy and we enjoyed things being slower. Felt nice and relaxed, not rushed as happens in many restaurants. The food was delicious as always. My husband was thrilled you had Rickards Red! We love the outdoor seating.

    We were 6 people and I had reserved in advance for 7:00 pm. We got there 10 minutes before our time so knew we had to wait. The person told us that the best the could give us was a booth that is meant for 4 people. When I asked when would a table of 6 that I reserved would be ready the guy answered that it depended on when people finished. No answer at all. If it had been 15 mins we would have gladly waited but they kind of insisted that we take the booth. The waiter was nice at first and felt bad for our very tight fit and brought over a chair gor the end which was nice. However, we hardly saw him after we ordered. We had to keep trying to flag people to find him so we could get ketchup (which we had already asked him for) than we had no water left, took forever to get someone to come. Finally while we were having our main dish we realised they never brought our soups that came with dinner. Who has soup after main meal? Plates were so big it was hilarious trying to fit all on the table. Will not be returning again.

    Very loud, staffed by teenagers who don’t give a crap. Floors are caked in olive oil and bathrooms are filthy. Food is cooked in microwave. AVOID!

    Restaurant très très bruyant! Des casseroles échappées fréquemment entend les employés qui sacrent et sont stressés! Temps d’attente hyper long avant d’avoir nos plats. Personnellement, c’est un resto que nous aimons pour la nourriture mais les deux dernières fous où nous sommes allés nous avons été très déçus. La mauvaise ambiance était palpable et il y avait une tension entre les employés il y a même un. Jeune employé qui nous a dit d’aller au Mikes en face! Nous n’y retournerons plus.

    Très longs délais en cuisine, mais nous avions été avertis dès le départ et le service a tout de même compensé pour l’attente. Il n’y a eu aucune erreur dans les commandes. Nous étions un groupe de 10, alors ça nous a aussi donné du temps pour discuter. Sommes toutes, avons passé une agréable soirée, décontractée. La pénurie de main d’œuvre en restauration occasionne de nombreuses difficultés, alors nous étions reconnaissants d’avoir pu profiter de ce repas et nous sommes montrés compréhensifs envers les délais et le fait que les bâtonnets de fromage aient été très bien cuits…

    il y avait une file d'attente, je suis arrivée pile pour ma réservation. J'ai voulu questionner la très jeune hôtesse sur ces personnes en attente, ont-elles ou non une réservation? Je me suis fait interpeller crument par une anglophone qui croyait que je voulais passer devant elle. Ouf! les gens ont la mèche courte. L'hôtesse semblait dépasser par cette affluence. La table qui nous a été donnée, n'était assurément pas celle réservée. Couverts manquants. Les enfants ont commandé un bubulle, la boisson gazeuse n'était plus gazeuse. On l'a indiqué au serveur, qui faisait son possible, durant tout son service. Il a rapporté une canette de seven-up car les cuisiniers n'avaient pas le temps d'aller régler le gaz carbonique de leur appareil. on a oublié les salades, c'est evnu après le plat principal. Le plat de linguine fruits de mer, aucune présence de moules. Toutefois, on a offert un crédit sur la facture. Je pense, donc, que c'est le chaos dans les cuisines, ce sera long avant de retrouver un service complet. Pourtant, la facture est de 100$ après pourboire, 2 adultes 2 jeunes enfants. Ce sera à nous d'éviter les restaurants cet été et nous préparer à pique-niquer souvent en vacances. Les repas sont tout de même appétissants.
