    Our server was Kenzie and she made sure our needs were met at all times and always with a smile! She went above and beyond to make sure we lacked for nothing……she is an exceptional server.

    Amazing!! We had such a lovely time and really appareillages the birthday surprise for our daughter. Would be nice to have live music similar to Shoeless Joes!

    Considering the amount of people that were there, once we were seated I was amazed that our 7 meals all came at once and was excellent. My only ongoing beef about this location, and it’s always been this way, they don’t properly staff the bar. I couldn’t even get a drink while standing at the bar waiting for our table. It’s always been that way. Why can’t they staff the bar separately from the rest of the restaurant?

    I was really impressed by the service our waiter ( Adam), gave myself and my cousin.. The food was beyond delicious.. 12 out of ten..ten out of ten, is not good enough..12 out ten...Highly recommended.. Cecelia

    I arrived for my 4:45 p.m. reservation five minutes early only to find out that East Side Mario's did not have my reservation. I showed them the reservation confirmation in my email but that didn't help. They seated us but said we'd have to have dinner (for 7 people) in one hour. They said next time I should phone them for a reservation. I'm not sure that I'll return.

    It took over 30 mins to get orders taken and our bottle of bad wine changed. I don’t see a need for that. Wine glasses were really really dirty. I had to take everything to the bar for clean glasses and a new bottle of wine. Not the waitress. The manager expressed that even she was too busy. Anyway I still left 20% tip on my $80 bill even though I did not want too.

    Had a great meal and enjoyed our experience. We just find the tables are small for 4 people with salad plates, entrees and drinks. But overall it was great
