   I had gone to east side Mario’s before and found the food ok but not great. We decided to make a return visit I was much more impressed this time than my previous visit. We had garlic fingers for an appetizer which were fantastic and both of our main dishes were great as well. We had a reservation for 7 pm and were quickly seated. Our server Nikole was fantastic and very attentive we definitely plan on returning

   Server disinterested, slow, checked on us once about refills, we said "yes please" but he never came back until we were finished and he handed us the bill. Portions small, food tasteless. Coffee was surprisingly good.

   The “Amtrack” was terrible. There were a few mushrooms, no bacon, minuscule pieces of peppers, no hint of garlic and worst - only a few small pieces of chicken - not the chicken breast as advertised. My wife’s veal was, fortunately, very good with a generous helping. We won’t be in any hurry to return.

   Le Spaguetti laisse à désiré et la pizza , la pâte goûte le pain et non la pâte à pizza et la liqueur n’était pas bonne. Sorry pour $90.00 j’aurais pu m’en faire chez nous pour meilleurs.

   The meal was very tasty. The salad was brought out and we just started to eat it and they brought the main meal. No time to eat the salad. The coffee was old and luke warm. The server was great great.

   Had a reservation and were seated immediately, but that is the only positive thing I can say. We waited over 20 minutes for the server to even come over to get our drink order. The food was slow (waited almost an hour for our entree) and tasteless. We used to love East Sides but very disappointed!

    Our food was delicious but our server was not the best. When she came by a maybe three times in total from taking our order to bringing the bills. On her last trip, 3rd check in with us, we ordered coffee, she said ok, I'm going to print your bills and collect payment and will bring coffee over. We waited another 10 minutes for coffee before going to ask for it. Our server did bring it over and apologized. Perhaps checks shouldn't be printed until the table has all products ordered and received.

    Service was decent, though not quite attentive enough. A couple of the items we ordered were undercooked and overloaded with cheese. Also the order was slightly wrong. Been here a few times, it can be hit or miss.

    Heartburn factory! Server didn’t clear empty dishes and just kept bringing more and more stuff to the table until we had to stack plates and glasses to have enough room. Asked for certain refills and they never showed up. Food has cheap ingredients, so maybe it’s volume over quality? Not a bargain.

    Hot, tasty, fresh pasta served with a smile….at least we think so…under the mask. Highly recommend the primavera for vegetarians.

    Made our reservation for noon. We’re seated at the very front booth where everybody had to come past us to get to their seats. We had to walk past all those same people on the way out. Our food was good as usual but quantity was greatly reduced. Minimal Caesar salad for the “all you can eat” option. We got a 10” pizza which only had 6 mushrooms on it. Not what we are used to at you restaurant. Will think twice about going back.

    We have been dining at East Side Mario's occasionally for many years and have always been totally pleased and impressed by this restaurant. This was our first visit since the new pandemic controls have been implemented and their adapting has been virtually perfect. Everything was superb, right from the reservation system through to the bill payment. Thank you for remaining great and reminding me what a really superb Sausage & Pepper Penne is like.

    There were no working washrooms. We were dropped off and stranded there as we couldn’t stay without washrooms. I reserved online and was told that I had no reservation... I have a confirmation. The staff was not helpful and offered nothing to accommodate.... the worst experience I have had.
