   Food was awesome but service not the best. We realized it was Easter Sunday so we understood it was going to be busy. To our surprise there was only 2 other tables at the time. We were seated with no cutlery or side plates. So when the bread arrived we had to flag someone down to be able to eat it. We had to wait to find someone for napkins. We requested a split bill when the bill came I proceeded to pay as I had 2 gift cards. My server processed one gift card then explained rudely that the other person in our party his half of the bill SHOULD HAVE been paid for first? I'm sorry why isn't it split as requested? Then I had to finish my bill? I. Was not at all impressed by the attitude. work in Customer service and realize some things are out of our control but it doesn't need to be explained rudely. My son requested a coffee and a water and was told most peoppe dont order them together and the coffee machine was broken. Again with the attitude! Management needs to address this issue with their staff. Other then that issue the place is fine, Food good, portions are good and room is well lit and clean.

   Not really one to complain But! Our reservation was for 5:30 party of 6. Place only had a couple customers. Waitress was so new with no support. Took so long to get our drinks, which were flat and had to wait longer again for them to he replaced. Offered Draft beer, Ordered two, then to be told they didn't have draft. Ordered king can of Budweiser, and got a Bud light. Bill time and the drafts and 2 bottles of beer is on our bill. It was my Birthday and it was a mess. We tipped her well, feeling bad for her. She was so stressed

   Food over cooked, dry. One person at table of three received wrong order, servers fault and it took a long time for it to be corrected. Server calling us my love, honey etc in extreme was in appropriate.

   We have ordered this special on Thursday nights 2 can done for $50.00, and we always enjoyed it. Last night we had it for Valentine’s day. First my wife's wine glass was cracked. Then we ordered our meal, usually we have time to eat our appetizers, but within a couple of minutes they brought out our main course, we felt rushed. Then at the end I paid the waiter in cash and he asked if I wanted my change, I said yes please and he kept naming off amounts for his tip, my wife then said bring it all. He stood there waiting for his expected tip, I always leave a tip, but this time he urked us the wrong way. We gave him half of what I normally would have gave. All waitresses and waiters are always happy with the tip we leave, but this gentleman went about it the wrong way. Also no apologies for the cracked glass. As usual though the food was excellent.

   Everything was good. Only issue was there aren't enough servers. Servers can't keep up. It's unfair to them. Everything is expensive everywhere. So while not worse than others it still costs a lot. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Checked on us to make sure everything was OK.

   We had a fantastic dinner tonight and our waitress Jennifer was fantastic! This has turned into our go to East Sides location over the past few years and been very happy with the food and service.

   We went for New Year’s Eve and they had a fun early countdown on for younger children at 5pm and 7pm. There was face painting and a balloon drop, our kids loved it and it was a nice touch to make the night special. The restaurant was quite busy but service was good and the food came out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall a good experience and we will be visiting again.

   I ordered the sampler dish it had lasagna Alfredo noodles and a chicken parm it was delicious. The husband really enjoyed the chicken parm with spaghetti. The service was great.
