don’t get me wrong, i love east side mario’s, the food, the ambiance, it’s great! I also understand how hectic and crazy being a waitress can be. but i didnt have the greatest experience last time i went. The waitress took so long to get us our drinks (which was not what we ordered), our food, and our bill. i thought i’d give her the benefit of doubt and assume she’s really busy but i could see she was not. she was right in front of our table at the bar just chatting it up with other customers with her elbow on the bar and only asked us how our food was once (5 minutes after she handed us our food) i actually wanted to order more food but lost my appetite after she took so long. i went during the buy one get one pasta free promotion and she gave me the wrong free pasta too....i’ll still come back but i would just wish for quicker and more attentive service next time

The food sucks now you can tell the company really cheaps out now, used to be my favourite place , now I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The kids hated their chicken fingers. The only good part was the waitress was amazing
