    I ordered the $10 pizza deal. I had signed up for the app and received a coupon for the free badda bings. Was told I can’t combine offers. Also have CAA discount that I couldn’t use. There was a kid in the next booth playing a video game with bells and sirens. It was very loud and annoying. I was over charged for one lemonade. Waitress was great. Very friendly.

    Service was great. It's too noisy for people with any neurodivergence or stimuli sensitivities. Food is only ok - we each had a different meal and none of us LOVED our food. Overall quality of ingredients and cooking has gone down in the past few years. Salt is overly relied on for flavour. Texture is not optimal (soup, alfredo sauce, pasta was doughy). Quantity is fine but quality isn't great so that brings down the food value. I'm not excited to return to East Side Marios, but I likely will in a year or more.

    Brandon, our server, went above and beyond for us, while handling all his other tables. I haven’t received this level of service in years…let alone at a non-fussy, high end restaurant. The food was excellent, ambience great, pricing super. But our waiter made the whole meal amazing.

    Wow! Super impressed with our visit to this restaurant yesterday. The food was incredible, the server - fantastic, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this East Side Mario's!

    Food good as always. Server was extremely rude and we could hear her talking about us. Yelling swear words across the restaurant and being very unprofessional.

    We were a party of 8 with a reservation. Experience was okay. Food tasted great but was cold for everyone at our table. A few drinks & meals came out wrong & had to be replaced. Service was acceptable.

    Everything was good but missed the birthday song and wheel which was partially why I picked this restaurant to celebrate. Food was delicious as usual.

    There was good value for money. We were greeted pleasantly and seated right away. Our server was very attentive and refilled drinks as appropriate. The bill was delivered promptly and settled without any issue. We did not feel we were rushed out of the restaurant which was busy but not mobbed.

    We were notified 2 hours before our meal that the restaurant was closed for repairs, TOO late to make other dining arrangements and avoid line ups. There was plenty of time during the day to do this as our table was booked well in advance. Not very professional in my mind. I lije East Side Mario’s but not the way this was handled.

    We booked at rhe Halifax Bayers Lake location on open table and when we arrived at the restaurant there was a sign on the door saying it was closed for renovations (Aug 31 2023).

    Hi, Our hot water heater malfunctioned and we had to get it repaired. Food Safety and Sanitation is of the upmost importance to us and by health code we are not allowed to operate without a hot water supply. We tried to contact all reservations to give them an update as soon as we possibly could. We are sorry if we were not able to reach your party on time. Regards, Rod Dosman General Manager

    Overall good experience. It was busy therefore noise levels were extremely high. Self was smooth and quick. Our server was attentive.

    Food is lacking in taste. Service was great. Even the ceasar was so watered down and full of ice. Didn’t even have the rim around the top.

    I will preface with we like East Side Mario's because it's quick and good for all of us. The price is becoming increasingly outrageous for pasta, however. And because I was with both of my kids, I went on Tuesday because kids eat for $2. The value just isn't there for $21.50 for an entree. Food was good and the service was excellent.

    Food was great. Sever was friendly and attentive, and I always appreciate someone who does not judge me for the amount of Parmesan I want on my pasta and salad lol. Lunch meals were a great value.

    When we arrived at the restaurant they said they had no record of our reservation. I produced my confirmation number that was sent to me and the hostess was completely uninterested. We ended up being seated at an alternative time. Sadly it was a birthday celebration for my 14 year old grandson.

    We were given a booth but asked for a table for more comfort. We were quickly accommodated. The table service was very good. She was responsive and quick. Our food was delicious. It was hot, seasoned just right and the portion was a very good size. We will definitely return.

    I will be honest the quality of the Caesar salad was poor at best, oversaturation by the salad dressing when the customer orders, the Caesar salad, or any of the salads, there should be two options, light dressing, and regular dressing referring to the amount of dressing you’re putting on. on the table that was to seat seven of us was two regular tables that hold two people each so the third person on each side had to eat on the seam unstable at best ! The waitress was very clearly overworked because it took excess time to get additional bread or salads, or even our drinks

    Took my grandmother and girlfriend out for dinner. Love eastsides. If you’re just looking for a good cheap meal, nothing beats their unlimited bread and salad lol. Server was a little short with us but overall great
