The food and service was good. The only complaint I have is that the pasta tasted fishy. The waiter was very limited on the times she came back but was good overall.

Slow service, seated right away to a dirty table that we had to ask to have cleaned. Seated 15 minutes before seeing the server, once they came to the table they were prompt. One persons drink out right away the other about 6 minutes behind. Mozzarella sticks were cold in the centre and chicken parm was slapped on the plate with lukewarm sauce. Overall a disappointing experience.

Me and a group of co workers went and we had an amazing time, the food the staff and whole experience was above amazing, there was only two things that I had experienced that was a little border lining, between making it a complete 5 star experience or 4.5 star experience, upon arriving there was a quite the congestion at the door, and once we were seated, it took awhile for our server to come over and ask us what we wanted to drink, I recognized that it was a very busy night, but by the time she got to the table one of my co workers (there was only two of us at the time) had went to the bar to get me and him a drink, but besides that this was my first time here, and I can definitely say it won’t be my last this was one of the best experiences of my life that I have had at a restaurant, thank you to all the staff working at this location, you guys are amazing, 1000% would recommend!

Long wait for waiter to come take our order. Usually when your escorted to your table the waiter asks if they can get you something to drink while you view the menu, we were seated and then left alone for almost 20-25 minutes until my partner went to tell somebody we were ready to order! On the other hand the food was outstanding!

Husband ordered gluten free pasta with scallops.When it arrived it was not GF. So order was put in again and he had to wait while we ate. When it came it was more than Al denta and scallops and bacon burnt to a crisp. Inedible. Waiter asked if he wanted it cooked again. It should have been taken off the bill. It cost $26.99. Our meals came with soup, salad, bread. Waiter never asked my husband what he’d like, just took his order. Bread was automatically put on the table. Two kids were never offered the drink or dessert until I asked for them. I had to ask for everything!!

I made my first reservation online last night. It was excellent. The service was great. I really like the booth in the bar area because it is much quieter than the mail floor. Too bad you can’t reserve that area. The food was great and so was the service, can’t wait to go back.

The waiter we had was amazing he was the best I have ever seen very friendly and polite easy to talk to and always had a smile on his face. He is going to go places with the kind of attitude he has. He knows who he is cause we told him just how good he is. Wish I knew his name.

Sat far away from the main dining room. Lighting was poor and service took a long time. Drink order was wrong (bud lite instead of Budweiser) but food was good.

ESM is the place to eat if you like outstanding service, delicious (and reasonably priced) food and an overall happy atmosphere. Their chicken parmigiana is absolutely fantastic! I was disappointed they don’t serve their minestrone soup anymore but found a new fav - Italian Wedding soup! My family/friends and I have never had an unpleasant experience in all of our times we visited there. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!!

We went there with a party of 8 on a Thursday night at 7:00pm. It was like everything we ordered was out of stock: - Budda Boomers - Romaine Lettuce - ALL Soups - Bruschetta Mix - Salads came with no Caesar dressing - Mini Tiramisu They were even out of toilet paper in the ladies room!!! It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Made reservations to sit in main section. Got put right next to slot machines with our kids in the barn..feel so sorry for pople gambling and kids asking questions and it why their money. Ruined meal. And server was too o busy chatting with customers..half hour after meal before we got to pay
