    they did a good job in preparing our table, the server was very good and attentive to our needs, and reminded me when i was paying if i have caa or scene cards, really glad i chose eastside mario milton, thanks

    Chicken in the chicken parm my dad and I both ordered was burned black around the edges. Son’s order came wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes to make him a new pizza. Air conditioning was broken. Bacon carbonara has about an inch of oil at the bottom of the bowl. Ordered a Stella on tap that was luke warm at best. Was offered a bottled beer instead. No comps or discount offered on the bill. Won’t be going back here.

    We went out for Father’s Day since our kids have always enjoyed the pasta at east sides. We were upset to find out it was incredibly warm in there due to the air conditioning having been broken for almost a year now! It made for an uncomfortable and sweaty meal. We ordered spinach dip as an appetizer and didn’t get it until about 45 minutes later; apparently the kitchen lost the chit for it. When we finally did get it, the bread was raw on the inside. We waited a long time for everything and when brought, it was sub standard. Considering the amount of mess ups with our order and apologies that came with it, we thought they may offer us a discount but nothing was said. We’ve just made note not to ever go back to this location.

    For some reason the doors were open and no air conditioning running….it was well over 30 degrees inside and we’re dizzy by the time food came so we asked for boxes to leave to take the food home. Terrible experience for Fathers Day dinner. The drink from the bar came with cheese and other floaties in the glass but the waitress Priscilla was absolutely fantastic and is the only thing that saved an otherwise horrible experience. She was awesome! And unfortunately was the only one apologizing. Not a manager in sight to help with all of the guests including myself complaining about the brutal heat situation in the restaurant

    A few days after the long Weekend in May, it was extremely warm inside the restaurant to the point that it was uncomfortable, although all the doors were open it didn’t help at all, perhaps addressing the temperature inside the restaurant would help address one of the issues, the other one was it took 25 minutes from the time we sat down for someone (who was not our assigned waiter) to come up and take our order. And the last issue being we went there because of the magician for the kids but the magician went to every table but the one where we were sitting our 3 year old was sad about not seeing any magic, we indicated in the reservation that we were celebrating a special occasion (his 3rd Birthday) but there was not even a happy birthday from the staff or anyone despite it being indicated on the reservation. He wanted to see the magician was his request.

    My family usually love going to east side Mario’s to celebrate birthdays. This was the worst experience we have ever had. It took more than 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. My chicken parm sandwich which usually comes with roasted garlic aioli on an ACE Bakery® bun did not. It was chicken parm in a garlic loaf no aioli a big disappointment but we had waited so long for dinner that I did not want to send it back. Not that our server even asked how our dinner was going. It was my daughter’s birthday I had to get the attention of a hostess to get our take out containers and finally the server came to ask about dessert. Our table was never cleared of dinner course. I had tried my best to neatly stack our plates to make room for the brownie Sunday. On top of the long waits and poor service the AC was not working. Was hot humid and uncomfortable in the restaurant.
