    We got there and was told that we could not be seated eventually we were seated.at first even thou we had made a reservation for a birthday party and that other that where there had to occupy the tables as interact was down but yet there was an atm at the door, took over 20 minutes to get water to the table and we rarely seen our waitress during the entire time there would not recommend theirs to anybody really horrible experience

    It was 21.00 for spaghetti noodles with butter (no soup or salad was ordered) for a child but because we didn’t state that the child wanted child size, we were charged full price. It also took 20mins to be able to pay for our meal.

    Calamari was COMPLETELY different. Would have been nice to be told prior to ordering it. Was horrible. Service was mediocre. He forgot multiple items we had asked for. And slow. I ordered appetizer right when we sat down as our company was not there yet and it did not come until our about 2 mins before our food.

    Our waitress was a little "snotty" and acted like we were an inconvenience at first. She did warm up eventually but she seemed like she really didn't want to be there. She was busy but was a prompt as she could be. She didnt seem to have patience and just set items on the table whether we were ready or not. At one point she plunked a hot meal down right on my friend's cell phone as she didnt get her hands and phone out of the way fast enough. We invited our two friends to try the Amore thursday special which we feel is a great value. The food was great.

    We were seated in a quiet section which was excellent ... not that I mind boisterous !!! ... Our server, Emily, was phenomenal and the meal was superb !!!! Another great experience at East Side Mario's !!!!

    We had our starters, salads and entrees come to the table all within about 5 minutes of each other. Main dishes got cold while we were finishing starters and soups and salads. Whole experience had us hustled out in just under 35 minutes. Never felt so rushed at a sit-down restaurant in my life.

    When we arrived, table was ready since reservation were made. Menu on table. Waitress arrived and asked us what we would like to drink?Suggested beer top up of 1.50 and we agreed. When drinks arrived, very very soon after, asked us to order. We did order. But this was too pushy. No time to relax, Did not appreciate being served without having time to examine the menu.Not happy

    Soup was Luke warm Shrimp scampi watery with too many ?tomatoes To much brushetta (which was kinda tasteless) on everything!!!! Last visit ever! Kept giving it chances but we are done

    Took almost 15 mins to have a waitress take our drink order after being seated, then another 15 mins before we were approached to place our food order. Lost the birthday sundae order and we were running out of time so birthday was not celebrated with a song. Reservation was for 6:15 and we finally got food at 7:15, and waited until 8 for our bill. Server was great but was never around, seemed she either had too many tables, or wasn't proficient at her job.

    Server ("May") was great. Very pleasant and attentive on a rather busy Thurs evening. Everybody's food was good, no complaints. However, baby constantly crying and screaming at another table was very annoying to other diners. Bummer. Your parking lot needs improvement and upgrading, lots of potholes. Looks awful, gives a bad vibe when you pull in. Really bad first impression which is not a recommended feature for a dining establishment.
