We went for a family birthday dinner and it was wonderful. Our waitress was amazing . Very attentive and friendly. Only thing negative is that when we got there the person who sat us at our table ( not our waitress) dropped a knife on the floor and did not replace it. He also just put all the cutlery and napkins at the end of the table in a pile instead of placing them at each persons spot. Also they should have specialty coffee’s on the menu. It would have been nice to have with dessert

Fun place to have family dinner. Our server Mon was very friendly and efficient. Loved the all-you-can-eat salad and garlic bread, which was really tasty. Portions of the mains were large but taste was average - meatballs tasted frozen and tomato sauce on pasta and pizza was bland. The cheese ravioli in cream sauce was the best dish - ravioli stuffing was light and the sauce was creamy. Overall, it was a good experience and good value, so I would return with family.

Overall food was good. My veal limone was burnt around the edges but presentation was nice. My grandson enjoyed having the robots come by the table with our food. Service was excellent.

Service was terrible. Waitress hollered at us from The door as we were seated on the patio instead of coming over to our table. She also did not tell us of any specials and tried to rush us. Place was dirty, floors were sticky.

This is our go to take out and eat in restaurant because of my son's allergies. I find they're very good at accommodating various allergies and the staff is quite attentive. However I am finding that the portions that they're adding of protein and vegetables into the pasta has gone slightly downhill with supply chain issues and inflation since covid. I usually order the scallop carbonara and the scallops have diminished in size in the past 3 years. They are now serving bay scallops wrapped in bacon instead of the larger sea scallops. It's a little disappointing. That said the food is always quite tasty and we can't get enough of that salad and garlic bread!

Service was great, but the food was not. Gone downhill, not going back. We ate there many times and always had lasagna. This time there was no lasagna pasta, just a bunch of spaghetti noodles in a small portion of "lasagna". In the past, we had leftovers to take home, this time we had to eat all the bread or else go hungry.

Good food and one of the few restaurants these days where I feel you get your bang for the buck. Waitress was really nice but service was slow. It could be because it was Father’s Day weekend though. It’s a great family restaurant.

Service tonight was not the greatest but I can see maybe they were busy but I had to ask him 3 or 4 to bring me napkins. Sat There for over 15 minutes with my hands greasy and it took him forever to bring our food, Bring napkins. The service was just very terrible tonight.

Reserved a table weeks in advance and was not ready / table we were assigned was dirty and sticky, chairs had crumbs on it and garbage on the floor around it. I arrived early for a business luncheon to make sure everything was good and was very disappointed, I had to position the tables and chairs so all could fit. I ordered appetizers as soon as I got there to speed things up. Looked to be very understaffed at front end, although our waitress did try. Appetizers arrived in a timely manner but mains took a very long time and were messy and cold when they arrived. Many empty drinks on the table until I finally asked to refill all / non plates were cleared at all during our dining and we had virtually no room to eat. I asked for the check and 3 people came to my table and started clearing dishes . . . . piling all food on top of each other while we were still sitting there . . . GROSSSSSS! I was not presented with the check, rather found it sitting on the table and had to call someone to come collect payment. I normally understand that this industry is a tough one and am usually patient and understanding. But this was by far the worst restaurant I have experienced at a popular eating spot. I will never eat here again.

Went for a company lunch with a group of 7 co workers. The waitress welcomed us quickly, brought fresh water and bread for everyone. Gave us time to look over the menu and took our orders quickly. Food was warm and served quickly.

Soheil aka “Soso” is far from so-so. He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our family dinner experience an enjoyable one. In the days of high inflation where eating out with a family of five can be an expensive experience, East Side Mario’s $2 kids meals and $2 specialty kids drinks are a win! Plus all you can eat soup/salad and bread sticks! Come on!!! On top of that there’s left over for their lunch the next day! We are stuffed and will definitely be back for another Tuesday dinner with the family. If management is reading this, you have amazing staff. Quick, efficient, friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great family meal that doesn’t hurt the bank. Thanks Soheil for looking after us so so well tonight. 😉
