Our waiter wasn't very friendly. We waited longer than usual for him to come and when he didn't he just asked us what we wanted. No bread still, and then he brought us our drinks...didn't say a word. We had to stop another waitress and ask her for some bread. Someone else brought our salads and another waitress brought our food. He checked in once. The food was good, my company was lovely but the service was very lacking.

The four of us were greeted and sat out table. Restaurant was busy but we were attended to very quickly. Great service and great food.

Portions were inconsistent in salad but still had enough as we shared and could have asked for more. Bread was slow coming and 1 loaf for 4 people was not an adequate portion. Main dishes were good. Chicken was "3 small strips" in my pasta dish but flavor was good. Could have used a little more chicken for the price. Overall a tasty meal but not sure we had $70 worth of pasta. Waitress was friendly.

Everything was great, from the time we walked in. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We had a wonderful waitress. Everything came in a reasonable time. The food was excellent, the portion was a good size, couldn't eat it all. That's our place to eat everytime we go there. Keep up the good work

It was nearing closing time and we wanted to drop in to get a quick fresh meal. It was delicious and the staff was super friendly and we were in & out very satisfied.

It was very busy. The meal seemed to be rushed. Didn’t have our appetizer gone or even started and the main courses showed up.

Our table was too small, over crowded and not enough room for dishes. Noise level was high. Our server was fine, not overly friendly or anything but I guess we mostly had what we needed

For a pasta restaurant, the actual pasta itself needs ALOT of work. So overcooked and you can tell the sauce tastes like it came out of a can. The Chicken for the Chicken Parm was great. The pasta needs to be just as good as the protein itself though

prompt to seat us and an always a little slow with drinks , system for drinks could be improved, waitress,, Zoe was the best we have had. food was hot and very presentable and tasty. zoe did a great job.

Never disappoints - the entire evening was most enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Our waiter, Matt, was pleasant and very efficient. This is our go to place.

We had reservations for 3:45 for 4 people. One celebrating a birthday that wasn’t mentioned. By 4:05 we had our drinks, bread, salad and main course on the table. We never had time to eat and enjoy our salad before the main course was coming all in 20 minutes I was so upset with the service. All the food could not fit on the table. I spoke with the manager and she asked if I wanted to take my meal home! No, I came out to eat. I cancelled my meal my party ate theirs. We were finished and home by 5pm. Our plan was to enjoy a dinner our! Which we did not! We were all disappointed. I did call head office!

Excellent choice for family dinning, good value, loved that you can build your own pasta, pizza dishes. All-you-can-eat salad was very good, warm fresh bread, and steaming hot pasta. All in all it is a great dinning experience... as they keep up this standard of care and provide a good product, we will always come back for more good food with abundant choices. Cheers, Kim

Our server tried her best but the restaurant, as usual, was very understaffed. We made a reservation for five people and were seated at a table for four. There were lots of bigger tables but they were filled with dirty dishes. When we asked to be moved because we just couldn't fit, it seemed like a really big deal. There was a lot of complaining from staff about being understaffed, as if it were our fault and told us several times that we had to wait for them to wash silverware to give us. Everything was super slow. It was a very disappointing experience and I am not sure what the point of making a reservation if they didn't have space or utensils for us.
