It was nearing closing time and we wanted to drop in to get a quick fresh meal. It was delicious and the staff was super friendly and we were in & out very satisfied.

For a pasta restaurant, the actual pasta itself needs ALOT of work. So overcooked and you can tell the sauce tastes like it came out of a can. The Chicken for the Chicken Parm was great. The pasta needs to be just as good as the protein itself though

prompt to seat us and an always a little slow with drinks , system for drinks could be improved, waitress,, Zoe was the best we have had. food was hot and very presentable and tasty. zoe did a great job.

We had reservations for 3:45 for 4 people. One celebrating a birthday that wasn’t mentioned. By 4:05 we had our drinks, bread, salad and main course on the table. We never had time to eat and enjoy our salad before the main course was coming all in 20 minutes I was so upset with the service. All the food could not fit on the table. I spoke with the manager and she asked if I wanted to take my meal home! No, I came out to eat. I cancelled my meal my party ate theirs. We were finished and home by 5pm. Our plan was to enjoy a dinner our! Which we did not! We were all disappointed. I did call head office!

Excellent choice for family dinning, good value, loved that you can build your own pasta, pizza dishes. All-you-can-eat salad was very good, warm fresh bread, and steaming hot pasta. All in all it is a great dinning experience... as they keep up this standard of care and provide a good product, we will always come back for more good food with abundant choices. Cheers, Kim

Our server tried her best but the restaurant, as usual, was very understaffed. We made a reservation for five people and were seated at a table for four. There were lots of bigger tables but they were filled with dirty dishes. When we asked to be moved because we just couldn't fit, it seemed like a really big deal. There was a lot of complaining from staff about being understaffed, as if it were our fault and told us several times that we had to wait for them to wash silverware to give us. Everything was super slow. It was a very disappointing experience and I am not sure what the point of making a reservation if they didn't have space or utensils for us.

The food was sub-par. The meatballs seemed over cooked. The salmon meal was dry. The calzone was too doughy. There seems to be less attention on the meals. ESM used have better food. Service was good - the girls were very nice and did their best. There was a kid in the next booth making noise and acting up but it’s a family restaurant. Food was the concern. My wife said she won’t be going back there for a while now.

Usually a good experience. Not last night. Original server took our order and was never seen again. All got our drinks, then one of us got our food, then a gap of 15 minutes that no one came to the table. Drinks empty, still no food for the other 2 customers. Went to find a server and asked if anyone knows where my server or food was as only one person got their food. Was told "that's because pasta comes out first", but that food that arrived was not even pasta (incorrect excuse instead of apology). Eventually got the rest of meals and drinks I refills, food was "ok".

The food was good but our server was not very attentive. In fairness it was busy but it took a long time for the food, refills etc. Tables were left with dirty dishes for quite a long time.
