I wish I got our server's name. She was exceptional and based on her, I would go back. The food was just OK for me

On our visit on this day, there was not enough staff. We never did receive all of the food we ordered, no staff person checked on us once food was served, no one even came to bring us a bill. We had to get up to leave and could have just walked out. One of our party stayed to try to find someone to settle the bill. Other tables had people seated who never even had someone come to take their order. We saw two other tables get up and leave without receiving any food. Maybe it was a one off day where the restaurant was short staffed but on this occasion, service was horrendous. I won’t be returning.

i usually come to sydney every couple of months the last two times the food was great this time the caesar salad was watery the croutons were changed to what looked like the no name brand from superstore the whipped butter was replaced with a basic blob in a cup and tasted awful the caesar had the stalks left in that should have been discarded the fettuccini was under cooked and the sauce was poor the chicken had many fatty pieces the restaurant was by no means busy at this time i asked the waitress what had changed and she said mgmt made the above changes and they were getting complaints as well the cost of the food went up i finished and skipped the usual desert and irish coffee as i just wanted to get out poor choices by whoever is now running the restaurant will not be back to this east side

music a tad loud but overall not bad servers were fairly quick food was very good and served quickly and hot
