    We booked a reservation ahead of time. When we arrived our plans had changed slightly as we were going to have another couple join us. The person seating us seemed very irritated with this and offered no accommodation for us. Our wait person however was more than helpful and did get us another table. My youngest wanted mozzarella sticks that we found out maybe 20-30 minutes after we all placed our orders someone from the kitchen came to tell us and wanted to know what he would like to substitute instead. He picked their garlic parm wings with veggies. He received his wings only moments after replacing his order while we still all waited. His veggies were dry and looked like they had been sitting out for quite awhile. I had the chicken parm which once it did make it out was dried up on the plate. The pasta sauce should have just been called red water as there was no substance to it at all. The only positive would have been our wait person.

    The food is hearty and authentic. Absolutely loved the spinach dip and boomers. The pastas and pizzas are fresh and delicious. My server was knowledgeable, very warm and made sure we had everything on time.

    We have eaten here a handful of times, but this visit was different. The service was quick, the staff helpful and friendly and the food piping hot. It felt like a new restaurant. This was our best experience we’ve had since it opened. We will now definitely frequent this restaurant more often.

    I wish I got our server's name. She was exceptional and based on her, I would go back. The food was just OK for me

    On our visit on this day, there was not enough staff. We never did receive all of the food we ordered, no staff person checked on us once food was served, no one even came to bring us a bill. We had to get up to leave and could have just walked out. One of our party stayed to try to find someone to settle the bill. Other tables had people seated who never even had someone come to take their order. We saw two other tables get up and leave without receiving any food. Maybe it was a one off day where the restaurant was short staffed but on this occasion, service was horrendous. I won’t be returning.
