   It’s always busy for us with 4 kids when we go out to eat, but this visit was nice overall. The server was quick with bringing bread and the salads and offered a couple times if we needed to refill on anything. It helped keep things moving well and everyone was fairly entertained throughout. Thank you.

   Our experience at East Side Mario's was overall a good one. We went for Chicken Parmigiana and they were sold out. We were disappointed. Ended up staying and had spaghetti with meatballs. It was delicious. Service excellent. Overall a good experience but we were disappointed.

   We reserved for a party of 5 for 5 15pm Sunday June 4th. After being seated, waitress came over to order drinks. She brought my boyfriend the wrong drink, but he felt it go thinking maybe she just didn't hear him. We ordered our food and waited. She came around again asking if we wanted more drinks, which my boyfriend said yes, another bud light.. To which again she brought him the wrong drink. After waiting a hour for our food, it finally came out. Hungry and waiting we dug in, it was cold.. And I mean ice cold. We asked to speak to a manager, who came over and apologized. Asked if we wanted a remake of food, and after waiting a hour already, we declined and left. This is our usual go to place monthly, not sure this will be happening anymore.

   I asked for the dinner rather than lunch meal as I've been disappointed with amount of food. Unfortunately, the portion was still small. The service was quite good and we were very happy with our waitress.

   We had a great Mother's Day Dinner. Our party of 7 were seated quickly at our Reservation time, service was friendly and quick, ensuring the bread, salad, and drinks were refilled as needed. Our server accommodated my request to sub tomato sauce with the spicy sauce for my spaghetti and meatballs without any question. The menu isn't exactly gourmet but all the food was well prepared and enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed the dinner.

   Servers try with what abilities they have. More training staff to be vigilant about serving their tables. So many different people came with plates, our one guest didn't receive his plate some others were finished. We took his meal to go and everyone felt badly for our unfortunate guest. Also, women with long hair, shouldn't be fixing their hair quickly while in the dining room or on their way in the kitchen.

    We waited 20 minutes for drinks, food wasn’t that great and waited 15 minutes for bill, our table was never checked on, my son wanted more water..

    We had a perfectly great time on Amore Thursday. The lunch for 50$was loaded with great food. (Some we needed to take home) Our server Nick was terrific, he offered his advice on entrees and was charming. I require a walker to get around and our table was easily accessible as was the whole restaurant. We will certainly be making this one of our preferred locations! Even leaving we saw a couple of geese having their lunch on Amore Thursday. Clearly their preferred location too!!

    The value for the meals was excellent. There is great variety on the menu so there is something for everyone. Unfortunately our drinks were served in filthy glasses. Our server was not back to check on us. We got the attention of another staff member who kindly brought us new drinks in clean glasses. Overall the food was good and a fair price, but the service was lacking.

    Love the unlimited salad and garlic bread. Paired Cabernet Sauvignon with a goat cheese, carmelized onion, bacon and button mushroom pizza. If you haven't tried that topping combo, you should. Great meal. Great service.

    I’m assuming the restaurant was understaffed as it was quite busy and everyone was running around. Our server indicated the kitchen was inundated with takeout orders (on top of the packed dining room). Although our server was lovely when he was at the table, we just hardly ever saw him. Our appetizer took almost 40mins and it took over an hour for 2 entrees. Very disappointing experience.

    The food was good but the service was a little lacking. We had a reservation for 1:00 and got there at 12:56. We were told they would come and get us closer to 1:00. The host stood there and waited until 1:00 and then told us to follow him. Oh, did I mention that we had my 87 year old mother with us? The host was down around the corner before we got moving. The table service was a little erratic and slow but the server seemed to be new so I can live with that. Being made to stand and wait because we were 4 minutes early for our reservation was unacceptable. (it wasn't busy) Overall experience was ok but the greeting left a bad impression from the beginning.

    It was very busy. Glad we had made a reservation because we were seated once we arrived and there were a lot of people waiting. Unfortunately when a place is very busy sometimes quality lacks. My husbands spaghetti and meatballs and my daughters Alfredo was sitting for a while before it was served to us. And they were both Luke warm at best. We told the server about my husbands meal because the meatballs were dry from sitting. Didn’t complain about my daughters meal. They remade his meal but we were all done by the time he got it and we ended up sitting and watching him. My husbands meal was deducted and we appreciate that.

    Service was sub par. The waitress saw us being seated and she didn't even acknowledge us. She was slow and gave us attitude when we asked some questions about the menu special for Wednesday. She was slow to bring the food and other staff eventually had to bring the food for us.

    Dinner is delicious, but we didn't appreciate them trying to sit us at a table way too small. We were a party of 8 that they tried to squeeze at a table for 6. They clearly overbooked on open table. But once we were moved to a proper table, half an hour after our reservation time, everything went well. Dinner was good, portions were generous.
