   We always enjoy dinner at this location with our family food is always great. Friendly service our server was great with us with our kid. Overall it was a lovely experience!

   Dinner is delicious, but we didn't appreciate them trying to sit us at a table way too small. We were a party of 8 that they tried to squeeze at a table for 6. They clearly overbooked on open table. But once we were moved to a proper table, half an hour after our reservation time, everything went well. Dinner was good, portions were generous.

   I had asked for happy Birthday to be sang to someone at our table and it wasn’t. I had put it right in my reservation special notes. Besides that, it was very good.

    Server was helpful, attentive courteous and friendly. Food was delicious. Had a moderate wait for my food. Then it was incorrect and had to be remade. There's a legend for Vegan which is slightly misleading. The only thing on the menu that's vegan is the garden salad. If you're looking for dairy free choose the garden salad and the burger with no cheese. Everything else has dairy.

    Food was not very good and portions have gotten smaller over the years. Our table was not ready when we arrived on time for our reservation and we had to wait about 10 minutes, and the waiting area was packed leaving us to have to stand by people's tables while they were still eating. Our server was attentive and took care of us. Noise was extreme.

    We were here for a 7th birthday party. We made reservations, and we're brought right to our table when we arrived. Staff was kind and helpful and made my son's day singing to him for his birthday! There were so many birthdays that evening!!

    Came here because I was craving carbonara pasta and of course the salad and bread. Bread was delicious as always however the service really lacked in attentiveness. My salad was very bland and had little to no flavour. A quarter way into my pasta dish I found a long black hair. My server briefly apologized and offered to have it remade but I was pretty grossed out so I said no. She had my dish taken off the bill but no manager or supervisor ever came over to the table to check in. I understand it’s a lower class restaurant however I believe you should always strive to be better and be attentive no matter the atmosphere. I most likely won’t be returning.

    Server was wonderful! She was busy, and running, but she kept her sense of humor, she was always kind and helpful and made sure we had all we needed. Food was delicious!! It was very busy and therefore was so Loud, but we enjoyed our visit.

    My wife ordered the Double-Bacon Carbonara, I had the Mario's Chicken Parmigiana and our child had the Pasta Meats Broccoli. We found the value pretty poor for my wife's dish as she was served only about half of my chicken parm dish; it is a little less cost but it used to come with more in it. Out daughter's dish, the broccoli was cold, you could tell it was frozen and barely thawed/heated enough; we told the server but did not want it replaced as we did not want it too hot for her anyway.

    We had excellent service from Jordyn. It was a very busy night. We were glad that we made a reservation. The cool kids drinks kept our children occupied while we waited for the food. The food is pricey, but you get good portions and unlimited bread and salad.

    They do not allow employees cork your unused wine to take home.. This is the first place we have ran into this .. will not go back because of the managers policy ..

    We were not overly impressed. We went there to celebrate two birthdays and only one was acknowledged. The service was slow, the food mediocre taste and warm not hot and it was very difficult to get refills on bread (brought one loaf at a time for 7 people), salad or drinks. We were brought over the debit machine and asked if we would like to settle up our bills before we even had a chance to order dessert for the three children that were with us. Overall was not a good experience and will likely not return.

    The booth we were seated at had very little room between the back of the seat and table. Should have asked for another table--that's on me. The main course was delivered to our table before I had my 3rd bite of salad. Not even a chance to enjoy the salad. Had Hell's Kitchen Chicken. The potatoes were so greasy they were like mush. There was so much oil in the chicken sauce that the plate was swimming in oil. The waiter continuously annoyed us by removing, or asking to remove, dishes that we weren't necessarily done with. When the quality of food was told to the server, the response was "gee the kitchen wasn't even busy so it should have been good". Will not return
