While Catherine was a nice polite person, our service was brutal. We were stacking our own plates to make room, and cups as well. She left dirty empty glasses in the middle of our table (that we’re at stacked up as a hint) the entire meal. I ordered a glasses of wine when our food arrived that we never received, it wasn’t on the bill either so I assume she didn’t bother to punch it in. By the time she returned to check on us we were done, our of drinks, and over it. It took soo long for us to get anything our toddler was over it, refused to eat, and it was a less than pleasurable experience. Couldn’t even ask a manager for help because they weren’t even visible on the floor, and it’s a rather open restaurant.

We had a new server and she was lovely..but our table was never cleared so we were eating with dishes that weren't being used. Even when our dessert came our plates were still on the table I know there is a learning curve. She always asked I we needed anything and checked in.

My husband and I came in for a dinner. The hostess walked us over to the main dining area and sat us between two tables (quite tight) and beside a family of 5 (3 young children). From the point that we sat down, the kids were up and out of their seats moving around the table constantly. Note to hostess…when you have the space, offer couples without children the option of sitting somewhere else!!! Oh…and did I mention….half way through our meal, a couple of lacrosse player families joined as well!

Our waiter Chris - he was amazing. He was on top of everything from getting us more bread, more soup, more drinks, more salad. Very in tune with us. Gave him a great tip!

This East Side Mario‘s has redeemed itself! It’s under new management and we were reluctant to try it again after our last few experiences. The new management are doing very well… the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was tasty and delivered promptly. One of the main draws for East Side Mario‘s is the unlimited bread and salad, and they did not disappoint in this area either. It was a wonderful family meal and an excellent choice for Father’s Day! We will be back.

We have been to a few locations but this one is the best!!!! It was my teenage daughters birthday and her friend took her there for a special dinner. I set up the reservation, making sure the restaurant was aware of the diners and occasion. Niki, their server was amazing, food was excellent, they felt comfortable and well taken care of. The special occasion feeling was present from the time they walked in to their well wished departure. So happy! Thank you Niki & East Side Marios, for making my daughters birthday a happy and memorable one!!!!

took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. once we order the soup and salad came out before the drinks and appetizer - the plates were dirty with food still on them and it took 5 more minutes to get someone's attention to come get us clean plates. They brought out the mains one at a time and the appetizer arrived after a couple of mains were delivered. They forgot the mushrooms in one of the mains. The food was warm and my spaghettis taste bland.

Dining with 3 people, for a Mother’s Day dinner (for which we had reservations), when food was delivered, 2 of the 3 dinners were NOT what was ordered (they were delivered by someone other than the waitress and that person left). We waited a couple of minutes for our waitress to come back and eventually had to flag someone down, explained what was delivered was not what we ordered, 2 meals were replaced with the correct ones. Waitress was supposed to come back with cheese, which she eventually did after a portion of the food had already been eaten. Waitress did come to the table at least 3x while we were finishing up asking my Mom if she was going to finish her last couple of bites (rushing her), so the plates couple be removed. Overall not a great dining experience. Unlikely to return.

The food quality portions and temperature were as expected at Eastside Our waiter was very courteous and engaging After his original notification that things were crazy busy he kept us informed as to timing of our meal preparation and readiness As we were not in any hurry this was not a real concern however it should be noted that his courtesy and consideration was greatly appreciated and showed a very professional attitude ..

Live music on the patio was a nice treat. Calamari al diavolo was awesome as were the chicken parm sliders. Service was fantastic and the draft was cold. Good times.

When we were seated, we were not given a drink menu or kids menu. Once the waitress came to take our order, I asked for a glass of red wine and her response was two different brands of wine, and didn't even offer me a drink menu. I was really disappointed in the timing of when we eventually received our food. We had seen a family of 4 walk into the restaurant, eat and leave in less time then we were being served. Once we were done, the waitress asked if I needed the machine and I did. She said she would be back in a second. Well, 10 mins later, after she served another table with apps and a 2nd table with drinks, we got up and walked to the door to go inside and pay. She confronted us and was extremely rude. I asked why it was taking so long today and she said she wanted to give me time to eat my salad and that she was the bartender. I find this location hit or miss, as the last time we went there it was a great experience.
