   Being a former ATXer I was really looking forward to having a taste of home via Easy Tiger, unfortunately I was very disappointed in the food overall. The making of my sandwich was sloppy, the meat quality was bad, they served me and charged me full price when they were out of key ingredients and didn’t prep the sandwich as it should’ve have been. Go for a drink and to hang but avoid the food and be ready for OK service.

   Unfortunately our Open Table reservation was not able to be honored. I had made a reservation for 12 at 8:15 on Sunday evening; the restaurant closed at 8pm. This was frustrating to say the least. It was a party for my son's graduation. I don't know where the misconnect is for hours -- either the restaurant has not updated Open Table or OT has not done as the restaurant asked. It's not fair of me to say YES to recommend below because of our experience. That's why I said NO

   There was live music and it was ridiculously loud for a restaurant. It was impossible to have a conversation. The food was good and the staff and service were excellent

   This location really needs to get their service together. Made a reservation. Waited at the host stand. Another server tells us to sit at any open table but 10 minutes later the host comes up and tells us that they are actually on a one hour wait (despite about half of all the tables being open) and that we needed to get up. Explained that we had a reservation but were told to just sit which led to questioning about who told us that. Turns out the table next to us had the exact same issue. Over the next hour we watched about 6 groups just come in and sit, some were told to move, others weren’t. All of the staff seemed really confused about everything from what table got what food to how we would get our drinks (some people had to go to the bar and others has servers bring them). Just a mess all around

    Large patio with lots of seating and some outdoor game areas. Plenty of drinks and food options. Inside there is a huge projector screen which usually shows games and has comfy lounge seating options too.

    Easy Tiger was great. Service was fast, the food was good, and the vibe was as laid back and fun. We sat inside but look forward to returning this spring and enjoying the patio and game area.

    I helped organize a HH for an organization with a lot of people visiting Austin for SXSW. Easy Tiger - East proved to be a great spot. Plenty of space, great atmosphere, and great drink/food selection!

    The food was pretty decent. We ordered the Sausage Board and Loaded Waffle Fries. Fries were great, sausage board was good but felt a little bit expensive for what it actually was. The ambiance was as expected, with lots of conversations but not overly loud or disruptive. You can choose your own seating outside which was fine but also I don't understand the purpose of having a reservation. No one was there to check us in, there was just a sign to seat yourself and order online.

    We took a team of teenage boy volleyball players there after a tournament. They loved the outdoor patio, had a ping pong tournament, played pool, and parents watched the NFL playoff games. Space was large, food was great.

    Food is great and as much as I love this place, they are over staffed and overwhelmed. It took over an hour for our food to come out, we had to get drinks, napkins, water, silverware etc ourselves because our poor waitress was overwhelmed and needed more help and was never around. Sadly, it made for a terrible experience overall. If they don’t have the staff, they shouldn’t allow as many open reservations.
