You do not need a reservation to enjoy Easy Tiger, but you are welcome to make one if you wish. Located in Austin, Texas, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden was founded by James Beard nominee, David Norman. We bake pastries and artisan breads daily. Our beer gardens have over 30 beers on tap, we source our coffee locally (Little City Coffee) and all of our meats are cured locally. We are known for our giant pretzels, we make them by hand every few hours and they sell out almost immediately. You'll also find our breads and pretzels around town, at HEB, Whole Foods and Austin FC's Q2 stadium. Each of our locations is unique, North (LINC) has a 10,000 sq ft covered patio with heaters & fans. Our interior spaces include a cozy Mezzanine and a restaurant/bar with direct views into our bakery. Dogs are welcome and WiFi is free. There is a significant amount of available parking, including Tesla chargers.

I like most everything about Easy Tiger, but $15.50 for a basic turkey sandwich on sourdough bread is over the top. It comes with A pickle spear. ONE pickle spear. And $12 for a pint of IPA? WHILE I was sitting next to I-35? To sum it up, the prices are outrageous, even for this overrun city.

Great setup for a group at the outdoor picnic tables. Food was good. But the service is exceptionally slow. Slow to get menus, drinks, take your order, and slow to get your check.

Service was minimal, produce was fresh, bread was stale, meats and cheeses were better than bad but not great. Our waitress was very accommodating with the bill but we left hungry :/

Steak was amazing, as was cheese plate. Our waitress was so kind, and the managers were very communicative and accommodating about moving our reservation inside because of one of our guests health concerns. Bought a baguette to go to make French toast the next morning and it was DELICIOUS!

We showed for our reservation on time and sat at our table for 45 minutes before anyone would serve us or acknowledge us. This is after asking the hostess and flagging down waiters who walked by and blatantly ignored us. This place has changed. It used to be one of my favorites. No one seems happy to be working here.

Beer prices were way too high. Food was good but prices were high. Maybe make the sandwiches a little smaller and include a side or just drop the price. We have always loved E. T. but not sure I will be back.

We really enjoyed our outdoor dining experience at Easy Tiger on Mother's Day. Great food, great patio, and I'd go back. The service was a little slow, but that's to be expected on a holiday, and our drinks came out quickly, so it was no big deal to sit and sip while we waited.

Went for Mother’s Day and a bit disappointed compared to other visits. Slow, overpriced cold pastries (board was more expensive for the holiday). Normal dining experiences have been much better. I think they had a tough time handling the larger crowds on the holiday.

Let me first say we LOVE Easy Tiger, I was just a little disappointed this particular day. Our table was under a big tree and we were warned about birds as we were seated. My poor aunt got pooped on twice! We asked if an umbrella could be moved over us, which I feel is something that should have been done before we sat down. Also, we had to keep clearing the table ourselves. Taking trash to trash can and moving empty plates to the end of our table. The food was AMAZING as usual and I can chalk a lot of this up to it being a busy Mother’s Day weekend. This is hopefully some constructive criticism as we will for sure be back.

The outdoor patio is beautiful and clean. They had a lot of safety precautions in place and I felt very comfortable eating there. The food was delicious (we got brunch: breakfast sandwich, french toast bites, & avocado toast) and the mimosa service is a great bargain!

Sat outside so that was nice tho the sun was hitting our table some of the time. We had to go up to counter every time to order and the side cucumber salad was tiny. Turkey sandwich was tasty. OF course the bread is outstanding.

Great food and drinks, it was all outside and mostly shaded so it was nice even in the high 90's. This was the first restaurant I've been to eat since covid and I would definitely return! I felt comfortable with their rules and the way they enforce them. They even have masks for people who didn't bring one!

If you are going to be eating on the patio, be sure to get a table under the covered area. We were seated in an area by a tree but no real shade. Once the sun started to come out, I saw there was a fan above our area but per the hostess, this fan did not work. I think if we had sat under the covered area, it would have been a more enjoyable lunch.

Easy Tiger has always had great food and beer, but they’re really doing an outstanding time making things as safe as possible during the corona virus. They require masks when you’re not at your table, you order at the bar where the bartender cleans your cars after swiping it, all food is served on disposables that you bus yourself. They’ve also added fries to their menu, as well as focaccia breads served like pizzas. Highly recommend.

I had made a reservation for a table, upon my arrival the hostess offered me the only table in direct sunlight even though a majority of tables were open, all of which were shaded. I asked if I could have a different table she offered me the end of a large right next to the ordering, so I would be at eye level with everyone's butt. I went back again and she said she would have to ask manager. She came back and finally seated me at a small, shaded table. It was both frustrating and ridiculous.

I was glad that they kept everybody safe. Everyone had to wear masks unless they were sitting and I felt that they were concerned for the safety of their customers as well as their staff. In this crazy days of pandemic it’s good to know that there’s someplace we can go where everybody is observing the rules so that we don’t spread this virus anymore. Easy tiger definitely is a comfortable place to be in this time of uncertainty!
