Unfortunate experience…. The tomatoes in the Caprese salad were by no means ripe or tasty and three of the pieces of tomato were from the end/stem of the tomato. The bolognese was initially cold and the pasta was not cooked to even al dente. We returned it and the server brought it back and again it was barely warm as if it was heated in a microwave and cooled down quick. 2 glasses of wine, Caprese salad and small serving of pasta bolognese $131 - not great value at all The server was pleasant enough but seemed a bit flustered This was a business meal and my guest was not at all impressed at her first Eataly experience. I hope they can provide better quality meals going forward

We had an excellent evening of friends getting together. Our servers were excellent, our pizzas, ravioli, salads and bread were delicious. We also loved sitting at the round table. Perfect for 5 people to have conversation.

First time eating at this Eataly location. Disappointed in service. The waiter offered water and brought it to our table. He took our order and in the meantime, another waitstaff member was about to drop off a "comp" order of arancini for a birthday treat. Wrong table. No one's birthday at our table. Then approximately 10 minutes later a different waiter was about to put two pizzas on our table, but neither of us ordered pizza. It was crazy busy, so don't understand the confusion with orders. Also, I had made a reservation two days earlier and when were to be seated, she tried to seat us at the worst table in the restaurant - directly in front of the open kitchen. I asked for us to be seated at a better table.

They cut down the cost by offering very cheap menu that has been changed into cheaper and less ingredients than what they used to serve. Not worth your money.

My wife and I went to Eataly, Don Mills for the first time on 11 sep 2024. The food was good, but the staff was very unprofessional. We were given the boxes to pack the leftover pizza without even asking whether we were still eating and we wanted to pack it. It seemed as if they were in a rush to kick us out of the restaurant. and then without us asking we were given the bill which we paid with 20% tip. And when we asked whether there is any time limit for people to eat the food here, we were told it is around 1.5 hours. We went there at 7:00 pm and we were given boxes to pack our food and we were given bill at 8:00 pm without even asking. There were many people sitting on our adjacent tables before us and they were still there till around 8:15 pm and nobody came to them with the bill or nobody was in any rush to move them out of the restaurant. Maybe we were the only brown people there and they wanted to keep only white people in their restaurant.

Really strange decor, especially the concrete floor which resembles a ware house. Salad was virtually tasteless and pizza mediocre. The one on Bloor is much better in all respects.

The atmosphere is OK, Based On its branding and the way they promote the restaurant. It is a three out of five experience. I do recommend the pizza and the bread not the bruschetta. food portions are small comparing to the price. The restaurant is fairly emptied, But the host will put the client either into a centered of the hallways, or they would put them at the edge of the table, which is next to an abstract. If you want To try and take some photo just to say that you’ve been there and try sure. Minimal spendings about $100 to $150 for two people.

Food quality very poor compared to other location’s. Overcharging for quality and value. Inexperienced staff. Problem with my order and bill and manager took very long to attend to issue and did not resolve.

Good food and great service. It was a Monday evening so not too crowded. Only complaint, the bruscheetta was very cold. As if it just came out of the fridge. Also, the burrata on the pizze was not warm. The chocolate in the BUDINO AL CIOCCOLATO dessert was outstanding.

A non-fancy place trying to be fancy. And fancy prices!
