    Our waiter was knowledgeable and efficient. Both meals were delicious and the. Wine recommendation from our waiter was excellent as well as his suggestion of Tiramisu for dessert.

    Our server was far from friendly and felt like we were being rushed. In fact she removed my plate without asking if I was done and there was still some.salmon on the plate. The salmon on a few lettuce pieces was way over priced and I couldn't finish it because it had some sections that were undercooked and lacked flavour

    Overall, we had a positive experience. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and provided necessary insights, making our food selection easy. There was a bit of a communication mishap, receiving one of the ordered dishes, when it was supposed to be two. Our server immediately took action and we received the second dish in no time. This was a slight inconvenience but the staff took appropriate measures to get the dish quickly. If I were to rate the dishes I tried, it would be as follows: - Lasagne emiliane: 8/10 - Linguini allo scoglio: 9/10 (taste was superb, deducting a point for overcooking seafood) - Quattro formaggi pizza: 8/10 - Diavola dolce: 6/10

    Best Italian food in Toronto and best quality of the product that they used to make the plates. It’s always a good culinary experience.

    Nothing special. The menu is also quite limited. They couldn’t make changes to the menu items. They had a picture at the entrance of a pesto spaghetti, but didn’t have it on the menu. They had gnocchi pesto on the menu; but couldn’t modify it to spaghetti. So makes you wonder if these are fresh cooked items.

    While the service and ambiance of this restaurant were perfectly lovely, the food left a great deal to be desired. Bruschetta is not meant to be served with a creamy mayonnaise sauce with peas and other items slathered on top and not a tomato to be seen. The Gnocchi and Ravioli were sadly, both very plain and with very little flavor. Different strokes for different folks but definitely NOT worth $24 & $27 respectively for pasta in pesto and with butter and parmesan sprinkles.

    We drove an hour and a half for my daughter’s birthday to eat at Eataly, the service was non-existent. When he finally came around to ask if we wanted dessert we said yes and he threw down 2 menus on the table for a table of 6 then came back 20 minutes later, we declined as we didn’t want to wait any longer so unfortunately we didn’t get to do a special dessert for my daughters birthday. The food was mediocre at best, it was our third and last visit. It wasn’t very busy so there was no need for lack of service.
