   2 appetizers and 2 drinks = $100. Not worth it. Felt like they were going for a IG venue vibe. Kinda kitschy with a bathtub in the dining room filled with plastic ball house balls. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Meh x 2.

   Unlike other reviews, i didn’t have to wait for my reservation. Only went in for drinks but they were a bit pricey. Waitress became best friends with my girlfriend so safe to say they were nice. Seating was a little too crowded for my liking but the loud music (which was very good) made it so that no one else could hear our conversation. Overall a great experience. I would go there again

   Celebrated my 35th birthday at Eighteen30 on a Saturday night. We arrived at 7:30 so it was pretty quiet at first but it filled up really fast. Great atmosphere. Staff was kind and considerate, they even ran out to buy us more bottles of Prosecco because they ran out which was unnecessary but we were super grateful that they did that. Food was delicious and fast, music was great. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good time with great vibes.

    My friend and I had a spontaneous date night on a Wednesday. The patio was surprisingly very warm. Our server was so sweet and the music was good. We ordered just a couple of appetizers would love to come back a try a couple of mains.

    Amazing service and even greater food! Our server was a great time, came often enough to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, but not excessively to where it was an issue. Can definitely see myself coming back again, especially with the amazing warmth!

    Never got seated even though we had a reservation. Had to wait outside in minus 13 weather. This place obviously doesn’t follow any type of covid protocols people were jammed in together no masks, or limit and they didn’t check any vaccination. Left after nearly 50 minutes of waiting.

    Honestly, from the moment we sat down it seemed as though they were waiting for the moment we left. It was extremely disorganised getting in, even though we had a reservation, and the only point of ingress was a half-door where a crowd of people were either leaving or standing around waiting for when they would be seated for their reservation. Hardly a concern for a certain virus going around? We sat down close to around 8:15 (our reservation was for 8). No big deal, busy night. After we sat a waitress came and immediately asked us if we knew what we’d like to order, we asked for a bit of time to look at the menu. At that point, we realised that we’d been seated adjacent to a loud speaker. No big deal, busy night, it happens. A few minutes later she returned and we ordered a couple of drinks. If you’re with me to this point, you’re probably thinking to yourself “well this isn’t too bad, just sounds a bit crowded,” but read on. Within 5 minutes (without exaggeration) the waitress returned and asked us if we wanted to order anything else. We politely declined, but what we weren’t expecting was for the waitress to return consistently for the next 50 minutes in 5 minute increments, asking the same question even though we had barely even gotten through the drinks we already had. At around 20 minutes in, we were informed there was a 1 hour seating limit. I raised the fact that the OpenTable reservation indicated a 1h 30m seating time - the reply was that was only for parties of 4. We asked if there could be an exception, and we were told we needed to leave at 9:10. At 8:50, the waitress came to ask us if we were ordering anything else for the evening, we said we weren’t, and she left to bring us our bill. She returned at (you guessed it) 8:55 with the machine, we paid, she left, and was back again at 9:00 to remind us we needed to leave at 9:10. Finally, 9:10 rolls around, she informs us we need to leave ASAP. We get up, say thanks, and get a stern look in response.

    Food was terrible. Ordered a margherita pizza and mussel pappardelle. Both were flavourless with no sauce. Sent my pasta back and they added more sauce.They tried to make us pay for the pizza after we each tried a slice and realized it's cardboard. They took the pizza and said to pick something new but they would still charge us for the pizza and for the new item if we ordered ??? Our server Tried to drop off a random pizza instead? But my date doesn't eat pork and the waitress said it's not pork it's calabrese ?? We talked to a manger she said to pick another dish and we picked a fettuccine Alfredo dish and they didn't charge us thankfully (but it was still so bland) Drinks were good. Heated patio was hot enough We took off our jackets. Don't come here if you want food. More of a basic cocktail spot with decent music. Wouldn't go back.

    Although I wouldn’t come back for food, It’s a great place for drinks! Music is loud and energetic, however the service is a little too good lol… our waitress checked up on us every 7 min (we actually started timing it) she was super nice but it got a bit annoying cause of the constant interruptions. I would come back during the lockdown as it is a good patio for drinks but i don’t think I’ll be back once all restaurants/bar reopen.

    I don’t like to complain, but I feel that this review could be constructive to some adjustments. Our server was friendly and the set up of the restaurant was beautiful but the server didn’t check in often. The first thing we noticed was that it took our food about 45 minutes to arrive after ordering, which is usually fine because we understand it’s a busy restaurant and the job can be stressful, however when it did all arrive it was very cold and almost felt like it had been left sitting out for a while not like it just hadn’t been heated through. For example the pizza crust had hardened and the burger bun was harder than you’d expect as well. My friend also received her $19 risotto as a serving of only about 1/2 a cup. So we felt that the value on items like that was low. Overall our experience here was not the best.

    This is such a tough review to write. Eighteen30 had real problems on our visit, but also clear strengths. The major problem was service: after seating we waited 25 minutes to see a waitress. And trust me, we tried hard to flag one down! One waitress appeared to be "dedicated" to a specific table, as she spent 15 minutes chatting with the guys at that table while ignoring us. On the other hand, once we caught somebody's attention, she was awesome, apologetic and supportive. But this wasn't a one-off: we waited 30 minutes for the bill at the end of the night! In a similar vein, several dishes took extremely length periods to arrive. The fried cheesecake took 25 minutes (yes, it became a party-game to time things). Our second & third rounds of drinks (cosmos & old-fashioneds, nothing super-fancy) took 15 and 25 minutes respectively. And it was loud. Almost unbearably so, with the DJ blasting music that had us resorting to texting across a small table. You can see the problem: waiting 20+ minutes at a stretch, and being unable to carry on a conversation. On the other hand... the food & drinks themselves ranged from good to great. The fried cheesecake was shockingly good, great chewy outside and soft inside. The penne alla vodka was phenomenal. All told, should you go? Maybe. My recommendation is don't go to eat during prime hours, but if you just want to drink+nibble and don't mind the wait that's fine. Off-hours I imagine with the food quality would be great.

    Reviews on Google were spot on. Service was slow our starters came out cold and when it came time for our mains they came about 15-20 minutes apart. Staff weren’t wearing masks for a majority of our visit. Would never come back.

    They cancelled our reservation without telling us since they had booked a large party indoors. They told us we could sit outside (the tables weren't set, no heaters, and super dirty). The hostess had already finished our contact tracing and was just as shocked as we were. When asked why we weren't notified she said "the manager wanted to close the availability yesterday but didn't because they were still getting reservations". We should have been notified. Lousy business.

    A friend and I went just for dinner and drinks before our night out on the town. The food was good. The staff were good. A little pricey for what it was but definitely a lovely space. We were the only guests there when we arrived. They didn't go above or beyond for us given that point but it was good for what it was! I'm sure it gets livelier later in the evening.

    Service was terrible, food took way too long to arrive, appetizer came out same time as food. The server continuously forgot items but continued to come check on us.. without the items. Kitchen put balsamic vinegar on the cheese cake instead of chocolate sauce. She overcharged us for things we didn’t order, as well as did not ask how to split the bill and rather charged it to one bill - leaving us to calculate the bill and divide it among ourselves. I don’t know if this is an ongoing issue but while we were there the owner/manager was speaking to three severs on the road regarding an issue with service and some drama between them. Once all internal issues are resolved this would probably be a great experience for all.

    Vivenne and Lucky were the servers, they were horrible. They apparently didn’t have house wine when we wanted a bottle and the next best was Chardonnay that they didn’t even tell us the price for, the price for it didn’t match up with the menu. The waitress was on her phone most of the time and didn’t refill our water at all or check in once. The place wasn’t even busy at all and there were so many waitresses that stood around, so there was no excuse. There was no service but they charged an auto tip. Avoid this place at all cost, trust the reviews you see. In addition, the servers think it’s okay to get drunk with guests and drink THEIR alcohol bottles that they paid for and sit down at their table. They make this establishment look like a joke.

    I am really disappointed with this restaurant, this was by far the WORST dining/customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only did our mains come out cold but to top it off there was no manager/supervisor on duty to take care of the matter. We were forced to pay for a meal that we didn’t eat, due to the lack of management. However, the staff were really nice and tried to help by contacting the manager for us. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, said that we had to pay and to come back the next day to get store credit. The staff even offered to pay for our bill out of pocket, which we did not allow. As someone who not only studies but works in the same industry, I was extremely frustrated that someone like him is allowed to run a restaurant. I contacted him the next day and he started swearing at me for telling him that it’s not right to leave a restaurant unattended. Please avoid going to this restaurant, I made a mistake by not looking at the reviews beforehand. The reviews/ ratings says a lot about this restaurant, dont make the same mistake. Spend your money elsewhere.

    We went here before my brother in laws proposal, and it wasn’t the right vibe. Music was deafeningly loud, restaurant was empty, service was pretty bad, but our waitress was really nice and sweet to us!! We liked her. The food was decent, it wasn’t too bad. I got really bad stomach pains after the meal and it pretty much ruined the whole night.
