I was quite disappointed. Booked this reso a week in advance, upon arrival we were turned away due to the restaurant being at full capacity. I said, “oh, but we have a reservation” and the rude hostess advised that it did not matter, they were already at capacity. As someone coming from 1 hr outside the city I was disappointed but did not argue as I know this is a tough time for restaurants. . . I will be avoiding this restaurant once lockdown restrictions are removed.

Note to the restaurant: operate as others do. Set aside tables for walk-ins and ensure you set aside tables for those with reservations. The inconvenience of this experience was very disappointing. Especially considering I dined here a week prior and had a really wonderful experience. . I honestly was expecting the same treatment (which was great) but instead feel as though I will never return or give my money to a business that shows no empathy for people with reservations.

Not covid friendly, rude customer service, does not listen to customer requests and owner is not so friendly. For the price, the food could have been better and warmer.

Horrible service. The place isn't following covid protocols either. We were seated back to back with someone without any distance. Our waitress was rude and gave us our bill and packed up our food WHILE we were in the middle of eating.

Great ambiance and vibe overall! Live dj made the experience better and staff was very accommodating.

Told us to leave within the hour, and the server was constantly coming up to us to tell us that. Very disappointing - I understand that it’s COVID, but an hour seems like an extreme timeline to adhere to. Further, they claimed I didn’t pay when I did, and I had to go inside to figure it out. Not a good experience.

Food and ambience was amazing, service was a lil lackluster. But all in all the wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

The team at the restaurant said 'Reservation does not guarantee a table' and said they had no seating for us after confirming our reservation over call as well.

I was more upset with some of the patrons walking around without masks on, approaching other tables. The owner/manager was maskless. The staff were great and did their best with what they were working with.

The owner and people at the front were incredibly rude. My group came 1 minute late to our reservation, which was our fault, but the place itself was jam packed, absolutely no regard for COVID distancing between tables or chaperones. We didn’t feel the need to stay or wait for a table because it felt incredibly unsafe given the current pandemic. Complete disaster, there needs to be a health inspection and complete shut down of this place. This on top of extremely rude customer service? Disgraceful!

Was looking for dinner with son and daughter-in-law at a neighborhood place. Food was good. Waitress attentive. Noise was too high for conversation and we tried to sit as far away from the music as we could. Clearly going for bar crowd not us. Oddly beer was limited so my son got coffee instead. We are unlikely to go back due to the noise level

I attended this restaurant over the weekend and I was not impressed. The food was horrible. I have to give an honest review. The chicken was rubber and had 0 seasoning on it, not even salt. The meal was by far the worst meal I have ever eaten in my entire life. Further, broccoli and vegetables were over cooked. I am not looking for a free meal nor a write back from the staff. I had to be honest for the review. Regardless, I left a 20 percent tip as the sever should not have to suffer for the Chefs lack of culinary experience in the kitchen. This restuarant is an absolute no fly zone for a return.

Was very excited to try this beautiful tented and heated patio which was ruined by the service and food. Although I made a reservation (which is highly requested on their social media), I was not asked once for my reservation and did have to wait 10 minutes for a table which thankfully was available as there were no signs of reservation logistics.

After requesting a $35 bottle of wine, the server comes over and brings a $70 bottle (to which I confirmed the price before opening thankfully as the server did not seem well versed on the menu). After requesting another $35 bottle, the server brings over a bottle which ended up being $55 (did not check on the price of this one beforehand, but should not have to). In addition, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The server did apologize multiple times for this (absolutely not her fault that the food was late), but the food was very mediocre/pub like.

Although the atmosphere and music were great, the lack of reservation organization, attempts of the server to finesse me TWICE on bottles, and the time/poor food quality will all probably prohibit me from returning.

It’s a party vibe. Drinks are expensive and the food was not good. I waited an hour and thirty minutes for food when my partner and myself were the first ones at restaurant. On top of that they did not touch base with me about my food, I had to ask twice and they said that the first order was not cooked to par.

Best heated patio, was wearing a tshirt. Fun vibe with DJ- great cocktails!

I have been to Eighteen30 a couple times now and honestly I love the decor (Neon lights) and love the vibe. It is very instramable

One thing I did notice that there is a bit of a socialite/elitist mentality. I guess you do have to be known or it has to be perceived that you will spend alot of money to get the best service


Aside from that our waiter was super kind and accommodating

The DJ (@killakels) was awesome she always plays the best tunes to create a good vibe

The day we visited was the weekend prior to halloween and they decorated and had some scare factors

Good place to go during this time if you miss the turn up of the club and want a mellow club vibe

I’ve waited for 45 minutes to get a table even though I’ve had a reservation. It was overly crowded and people were walking around with no mask on. No one seemed to care!

Horrible host service, I was yelled at by the host at the entrance , denying me the entrance when it was pouring rain. I made reservations in advance and they were so unorganized with their tables, I was giving a table in a corner where the tent wasn’t even placed properly , soaked the chairs and they didn’t want to accommodate us. Again got yelled by the owner and told if I don’t sit down I need to leave instead of accommodating us to a better table or provide us with other chairs right away. Noticed the staff were mistreated by the owner, went into the bathroom and heard the owner yelling and cursing at their employees. Extremely bad experience

Was 5 minutes late. Called and girl said it was okay. When we got there made us wait in line and never got a table ready. Did not let us order food to go. Left after waiting for a half hour.

Had a lot of issues with seating although I made a reservation a week before, they didn’t let me know they had a pretty large event happening inside so they had us sit in 7 degree weather until requested and complained to be seated inside. Our waitress, phenomenal, u could tell she felt bad but she was super sweet. Ambiance and aesthetics amazing but pretty packed and really really loud music even for a young crowd to enjoy :( food, nothing special, fair pricing though. However I feel like this restaurant would have been a pretty great experience if there wasn’t such a large event inside that caused the seating issue... I feel like this restaurant would be perfect on a more slow; not so busy and packed day :/

The place looks really nice and is good to take pics. Although the food took a long time and it was mediocre.

Went with 3 girlfriends for drinks and food. There was only one other table, and we waited 45 minutes to get our meals... we ordered 4 salads not sure why it took so long, and the salads were soggy like they had been sitting for awhile. We also ordered a bottle of wine which took 15-20 minutes To bring over. Said there was supposed to be live music, and no band that we saw. Server was also the bartender who was very nice ! When we had to pay though they mentioned we had to tell them the tip upfront as there was an issue with their machines. Not sure what that was about but a little awkward to announce a tip out loud. Cute ambiance for the place though, so their is a lot of potential. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to friends personally as I think it’s a bit over priced, and you best not go hungry or you’ll be waiting a long time.

Terrible. Staff was being yelled at by manager. All was confused, gathered in one section of the restaurant and they did not have music inside. No service for a while, people were just hanging out outside some sitting, other standing n walking by. No attention the patrons inside.

Kind of disappointed nobody knew about the reservation lights weren’t working , had to use flashlight from our phone owner was supposed to come any minute to fix it was there for an hour nobody came , the server was really nice and helpful being his first day felt bad for him

Over priced menu. So quiet you could hear a pin drop. Left within the first 5 mins of being there. The environment they portray online is polar opposite to the establishment itself. Good for families or maybe a date?

We arrived for our reservation, and ordered drinks. The restaurant is not packed at all, only a handful of tables around us. 15 minutes goes by, no drinks. Our waiter comes by and says they ran out of ice and one of the servers is going to go get more, okay no problem. At the same time we order food. 10 minutes after ordering our waiter comes back and tells us that the kitchen just closed a few minutes ago. ?? Why not tell us this right when we get there that the kitchen is closing soon to let us know. (Still no drinks by the way, 25 minutes later). Meanwhile all tables around us are getting food and drinks for the next 10 minutes. Behind us is a table with arrogant and trashy looking people who we assumed were managers/owners (because of certain cues throughout the night) and they had people bring take-out to them right in the middle of the restaurant. How does this look for your guests? You eating take out at your own restaurant?? Finally after 40 minutes of waiting for a single drink, we flagged down a server and told her to cancel our drinks and that we’re going elsewhere because the service was so poor and we weren’t aware their kitchen was closed, because no one told us!! After a great night at a different restaurant, we tried to get some late night food at Pizza Rustico where we were not even allowed IN because those same arrogant people from eighteen30 (who apparently own rustico as well) were cussing us out saying we cost them money by ordering drinks and leaving. Excuse me? We told your servers to cancel our drinks BEFORE we left because we were not going to keep waiting after waiting 40 minutes for a single drink!! You should have seen how these people were acting. The behaviour of these people was disgusting that night and left a bad taste in my mouth. Does service mean nothing to these people? Why own restaurants if you have no standards, people skills or business skills? Disgusting!!

Service was terrible. It wasnt even full or busy and it took 30 minutes to get a glass of water. Then the service seemed relatively normal through the dinner service - we had 3 appetizers, an entree and a bottle of wine. After that, we were completely abandoned for over 30 minutes. I had to literally flag down the server from another section in order to pay the bill. Overall a nice ambiance and pretty good food (3.5 stars) but the service was sooooo bad, i dont think we would return

Planned a date night with intention of sitting on a patio and listening to live music while overlooking the park. Instead, we walked into a club scene setting with top 40 blaring. The food was mediocre, at best. The tacos shells tasted stale and the wings were overcooked. The waitress was friendly, but other than that, it was a bit disappointing. The only thing that made this night a bit enjoyable, was the live music that started at 8pm.

Horribly unorganized. We didn’t get to sit at our reserved table till 30 minutes after. The table was dirty, food service was also incredibly slow. 0/10, I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. Our food was messed up about 4 times... the table was wobbly. Servers weren’t wearing their masks on fully. We had to wait 15 minutes before we got served our drinks after being forgotten about. This restaurant was nothing short of a disaster, and they blamed it on not being open for 3 months. Every restaurant is in the same position and has pretty good service. The entertainment they had was also brutal: clowns, a pole dancer, i I’ll never go back there.

I loved this place! The food and drinks were nice, there was live music and entertainment. It was very cosy and fun.
