Encanto is a beautiful restaurant and I love the ambience and view. Reason I gave 3 stars is because I was waiting to be seated by the hostest for about 10 mins. No one was there to check me in or have me seated. I walked to the bartender lady asking who can check me in ? She looked at me at a very dismissive way and told me to continue waiting. She wasn’t even busy , she could have at least asked one of her co workers to assist. I then waited for 5 more minutes at the entrance and then the same bartender approached me and took me to my table. I was a bit disappointed about that. Everything else was great. Our server was very nice and the food was great.

The noise level in this restaurant is intolerable. I have good hearing and so did the rest of my table, but everything has hard surfaces in this restaurant and the higher ceilings from the upper level are not buffered at all. We arrived for an early meal when the tables were not full and even then, the noise level was terrible. Later during the height of the dinner hour, the 4 of us were shouting in order to talk and even that did not mean we could hear each other. Because of this I would NEVER eat in El Encanto again. Food was so-so. I had short rib and port tacos. The short rib tacos had more flavor than the pork, but the only thing in the taco was meat. The tacos needed another texture addition like a jalapeño cabbage slaw or radishes, instead of a bunch of meat. Too bad because the location and view are beautiful.

Absolutely memorable! We went with a small group for my husband's birthday and got fantastic seating in the back room with the outdoor patio. Our host was incredible! He was so attentive and make our experience blissful and fun. Love this place for the ambience and the food. It's a go to spot for our group to hang. Thanks again for the wonderful night.

The ambience was lovely with outside dining near the water. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and there were interesting choices. Service was very good and the waitress was helpful with our one guest who is gluten intolerant.

Probably one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The space itself is beautiful however the service was awful. We had an 8:45 reservation, we arrived on time and were seated promptly. We were brought water and then for 25 minutes not a single staff member checked on us- the restaurant at this point was not busy. There was a waiter assisting the table behind us who elbowed me in the head when he was walking away from them- was not apologetic about it. After about 25 minutes, the same staff member who seated us came back to fill our water glasses then we told him that we hadn’t had anyone check in on us to see if we needed drinks or wanted to order food. He flagged down a waiter/staff member who sent over the same waiter who was helping the table behind us. This waiter comes to our table and says “sorry, I didn’t see you guys there” - this was honestly quite baffling considering he had just hit the back of my head about 20 minutes earlier. At that point, I told him we had waited about 25 minutes for someone to come by and we were actually going to leave because the service was awful. We ended up leaving because the staff was unprofessional and the place is not organized. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
