   No fue la experiencia que esperaba. Martes, no estaba lleno el lugar más sin embargo la comida siempre llegó fría. El lugar muy bonito, en el servicio quisiera decir que estuvo excelente, pero no fue así.

   NY Stip was full of fat, the mash potatoes had a bad taste, the Risotto we order was hard and didn't taste like a Risotto also the crep the we order for dessert was burnt and had to return it. Will not be coming back any time soon!!

   We have been visiting this restaurant for some time now and have been satisfied; on this occasion and as usual service was very good but Requested an inside table to be more comfortable and AC was not running well thus got hot inside, soup was served on a broken bowl, requested a change which was done but soup arrived cold and had to fight off a fly a couple of times during meal…sorry to say but very disappointing this time!

   Is a little bit on the pricey side. For what I expected food was not tasty as I the food looked. Quality wise is perfect but not tasty in my opinion.

   Always very happy with the food here More disappointed in the open table app. The manage reservation option was no longer available for some reason and I wanted to add more people. Open table app needs help with other issues as well especially search but the restaurant is excellent as always. And great espresso martinis.

   Estuvo súper bueno la comida ‘ entre lo que cabe ‘ el corte salió como lo quería , la pasta que mi doña pidió llegó fría obvio fue notificado pero como se la recalentaron.. la sangría estaba muy rica ! Lo único que no me gusto y no fue por maceta ‘ esque la mesera no nos atendió casi y no porque la estuviéramos molestando era porque realmente teníamos todo en la mesa y no era necesario que nos molestara ! Pues a la hora de pagar ‘ el 18% en propina era 40 dólares lo cual entendía que era demasiado ya que no fue lo suficientemente a la mesa y no la molestábamos ! Hay personas que dejan la propina pero yo dejo propina según me den un servicio y el servicio no fue malo simple encontré que era demasiado !! Pues la mesera se molesto y se fue con caras y empezó hablar muy mal con el otro mesero cosa que la oímos 🤷🏻‍♂️.. creo que no le dejé ni 5 ni 10, le dejé $20 dólares así que encontré que era lo correcto !! Pero le daría la oportunidad nuevamente en otra localidad !!

    Made reservations for my anniversary. Got to restaurant, saw my reservation for their a/c room in their computer and waiter says let me see if I have a space for you. Room had about 10 empty tables and proceeds to sit us in the one that I had to lean forward every time they opened the door to enter the room. Within the next 5 minutes, he sat another couple in the same room in a table in the middle of the room. No bread was offered. The couple dining next to us ordered a provoleta that requires bread to eat it, otherwise is melted cheese with tomatoes and a spoon, they had to ask for the bread that the same waiter grudgingly brought to them. I ordered the Ny strip (bife de chorizo) with potatoes au gratin (papas a la crema) no chimichurri sauce or equivalent was ever offered, standard house sauces. The steak brought a side dish that the covered ones cost $4 each. I understand, my selection had an upcharge, but was charged $6 for it when if ordered by itself costs $9. Therefore, I essentially ended paying more ($10) than if added to order. I had gone to their other establishment in Santurce, completely different experience that we loved. Not returning to Guaynabo location.

    It is incredible that in 2022 there are handicap inaccessible restaurants, and that they use Open Table for reservations. It is also incredible that this restaurant was given a permit by the Planning Board and Fire Department. This restaurant does not have handicapped access... We had to carry my wheelchair bound mother up the stairs. And has only one entrance that is also the exit and it has stairs. And when you make it up the stairs it is a very casual barn-like non AC terrace, incongruent with the menu $$$$. Food was unremarkable (nothing inspires a return), undercooked and underseasoned. Good gnocchi and slow cooked "asado de tira". But a 14$ arugula salad had @1cup of leaf greens and half a strawberry, very thinly sliced. After paying the $350 bill for 4, we complained @ the inexistent access and received the evil eye and grumpy rumblings of the owner, ensuring that we will never ever return. Do not waste your money here.

    Excellent! Restaurant was fairly busy, service was a bit slow but very good. All the food was top notch, every plate was freshly made, you could tell all the plates went straight from tje kitchen to the table. Good ambiance, great service and good value. Definitely a place to go for great Argentinian food. Free valet is nice no place to park around

    We did a reservation for the A/C room, they confirmed and upon arrival they seated us outside in the balcony. We rushed to eat and leave because the hot weather. We appreciate the 10% discount because the situation but don’t expect to receive any special requests, they basically accepted the reservation and didn’t read that we requested the A/C room. Next time will go to other place.

    Went for Mother’s Day with family. No congratulations or nothing in regards the celebration. Ordered a fruit punch, my kid didn’t like it because it was “home made” and tasted like passion fruit. Restaurant said could not change it. Food was average. Creme brulee was runny and over sweet. Risotto and Gnocci were bland. Needs improvement.

    Horrible experience! Took over 35+mins for anybody to come to the table so we could ask for water. Service was literally nonexistent. Brought the wrong empanada as appetizer, never mentioned the day’s specials or brought bread. Had to get up MYSELF to look for a waiter. Will not be going back…

    Although the waitress was very friendly, service was deficient. We had to wait almost 20 minutes just to be attended...not even a hand gesture. Almost 2 hours and a half to finish the process. Margarita, also was bad... My plate overpriced and not to par with other similar restaurants. Not happy with the all around experience.

    Exelente servicio y sabor. La carne cocinada a mi gusto. Preferí cenar en el salón adentro con aire acondicionado; la terraza puede resultar algo ruidosa por la cercanía a la calle. La pasé super. Vuelvo.
