The food was delicious from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly and extremely efficient., making for great service. Our waitress, Noel, had a great personality. All in all, a wonderful experience.

This was the first time we had dinner at Elaia and can say we will certainly be back! The food was outstanding, very authentic fresh and the service was perfect!

very good Greek food . fish are the dishes to get here . the whole fish was done very good . I was only disappointed that on mothers day at 1 pm they didn't have the lunch / prix fix menu . I was told that they would . so it was lunch with dinner prices . the men's bathroom needed to be attended too or looked at during the day . there was to much going on that needed to be cleaned .

waiter never came back after taking the order. had to ask a bus person to pack dessert to go. food flavorless and the fish was not good (tile fish).

Did not disappoint! Food was delicious and the staff were upbeat and friendly. The owner came by to chat and he was also very friendly and energetic! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Terrific restaurant week experience. Good choices...appetizers,entrees and desserts and terrific and very reasonable bottle of white wine! Happy Hour at the attractive bar..with 1/2 price cocktails glasses of wine and appetizers...very popular!

From the moment you enter the restaurant there is a wonderful relaxed vibe. We started with drinks at the really cool bar, the bartender was friendly and attentive. For dinner we had the best calamari that we have ever tasted, and the feta and red pepper spread was to die for! Wine and dinner were to follow and were equally awesome. The owner stopped by for a chat, and clearly her passion is to entertain both person and palate with excellence!!

The Greek Easter dinner was fabulous! Every course was fantastic and the atmosphere was fun! The only comment I would have is we felt a bit rushed as each multi course came out at once, but once we asked our server to slow it down, it was great.

First time and we will surely go back! Delicious. They were slammed as we walked in and we were seated in a lovely table near the bar, but by the front window. Turned out to be delightful, though it took a while for our main course to come, but it was well worth the wait! Not to be missed for foodies.

It was my first time here. I enjoyed everything, the ambiance, decor, service and especially the food. I had a price fix dinner, meatballs appetizer and salmon for main course. They both are excellent. I highly recommend these two. The dessert was the only thing I wasn’t crazy about. Hopefully they make it something better since I am a big dessert person. But I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

Really appreciated Rino's flexibility for the timing of our dinner! The food was excellent! We had a table in the corner which was nice and private and not noisy. My only bit of constructive advice is to tell your staff not to try to take dishes away while people are still eating. This is very annoying. We really enjoyed our dinner though and will be back!

Absolutely FANTASTIC...wanted to go to this restaurant since it opened..had a chance and I was not disappointed..food was outstanding...spinach pie..spanakopita ..was the best I’ve ever tasted....Calamarie , moussaka ...fish dishes...wonderful...I’ll be back and bring friends!

My husband & I enjoyed a weeknight dinner at Elaia Estiatorio. They had a very nice 3 course prix fixe menu with great choices. We both had the delicious Faroe Island salmon main course, and sampled different appetizers. Dessert as also very nice...Greek yogurt with cherry preserves & walnut cake. The wine special with dinner was also great. It was a nice experience, and we look forward to going back!

We were a group of five, most were first-timers to this outstanding Bridgehampton dining spot. Combined, we sampled a large variety of the authentic Greek offerings — most were memorable. Starting with their five dips or spreads is a delightful intro to some unique tastes. I especially enjoyed the Brussels sprouts salad and loved the grilled octopus — both were shared as appetizers with other happy members of our group. The Moussaka was dynamite — perfectly prepared, flavorful and the shared portion was more than enough to round out a delicious meal — yes we skipped the dessert after a very satisfying feast. Try it.

Our main dishes were excellent. The service and atmosphere were also fantastic. We ordered the tyri saganaki as an appetizer and it was not prepared well. The cheese is meant to be pan sautéed and is supposed to come out hot and melted. Ours was barely warm and was cutting like a cold piece of cheese.
