Taking cues from Italy’s storied south, with its famed coasts and islands, rich history, and relaxed lifestyle, Elio Volpe celebrates the best ingredients from the Pacific Northwest as inspired by il Mezzogiorno — the ancient seafaring term for the wind from the south, now colloquially used to describe that part of the country. Above all else, Elio, like its cousin Savio Volpe, celebrates liveliness, warmth and hospitality. Viva la convivialità!

Reservations are available for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm every night, and for brunch on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays from 10 am to 1:30 pm.

Please note, we are unable to accommodate outside food in the restaurant, including birthday cakes. We do our best to accommodate special requests but are unable to guarantee requests for specific tables.

As good as its sister restaurant Savio Volpe. Highly recommend the Baccala 'mantecato' lingcod, potato chips and lemon pepper, zeppole formaggio appetizers. They were phenomenal. We also had the Wagyu sirloin cap and kurobuta pork chop. Flavours on everything was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

We went early at 5:15 and sat at the bar. The bar is wide with the seats spaced out nicely. It is comfortable and offers privacy for conversation for two. We ordered the Organic Greens Salad and the Chicken Cacciatore. Both were excellent although together there was a lot of salad. Our server was attentive and the food came promptly. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Fantastic, I had never been for brunch here only dinner (one of my faves), great share plates and the food and service was amazing as always! Try the brown butter sourdough, waffle and the lobster benny is insane!!

Amazing experience as always and given It was Mothers Day and I mistakenly booked 10pm instead of 10am - the front house staff did manage to squeeze us in and we were very appreciative. Service was superb and we were treated to a lovely pastry at the end of our brunch too! Food was delicious - my favourite brunch spot in Vancouver!!!

Food was great as always. The experience though did feel rushed this time, kind of felt like we were in and out unceremoniously like a diner, not the experience I was expecting for a weekend outing.
